The workers were great as well as the service, but I was charged $500 for them to cut a hole In the wall and replace a pipe.... they dont even fix the hole. This is NOTHING against the employees. They were awesome but I'd say the prices were high and they take advantage of people in need of quick repair. A total of maybe 30 minutes of work.

Roger M. is confident and knowledgeable, has great customer service, remained professional, and did a great job diagnosing and correcting our slab leak (5 stars for Roger M). He located and capped our old copper pipes and rerouted the required plumbing using current pipe materials routed through the attic. The initial quote was diagnosis only. The reroute was an entirely separate price. Since we had a slab leak, we really didn’t take time to request other quotes and recommendations. The cost was considerably higher than I anticipated, but the customer service and workmanship seemed spot on! It was frustrating that the second plumber did not arrive until it was time to wrap the pipes in the attic with an insulated material and clean up the work areas. Overall, I’m satisfied. Hoping we won’t need any repeat services, but would feel confident in hiring Roger again (5 star for him - marked down to 4 star simply due to price over $5K!!!).

David and Sal were wonderful! They arrived same-day in the scheduled window, they were very friendly, and they are extremely knowledgeable. More importantly, they shared what they were doing and why. They answered all of my questions and gave me tips for maintenance. They also explained what I can do to prevent the issue they were there to address. They both took all the Covid precautions and also let me know some of the other services Roto-Rooter offers. I am extremely pleased with the help they provided and would happily recommend them and Roto-Rooter.

I accidentally ran over the water line box that belongs to my friends neighbor. My friend called this company and Joe came out so fast and fixed it even faster. It wasn’t as much as I thought it was going to be either. So all around it was wonderful service and experience, even though I was on vacation visiting from NM.

Roto-Rooter was extremely helpful with our water leak. They were fast and efficient. Sam came out everyday to check our house out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every question that we had. I would definitely recommend to people for their plumbing and water restoration needs.

Looked for leak, turned off all my water at toilets and at the street. Didn't find leak and took off. They didn't bother to turn on my water, or close my attic access. I called to have them come back and cleanup their work, and they never came. Pretty Pitiful

Our heater went out in December 2022, when we got home from shopping our house smelled like a sharpie or permanent marker, it was such a strong smell. I looked it up on the internet and the article I read stated the fumes can cause health problems. We called Goettl that evening and a technician by the name of Billy was sent out the next day. He was courteous and professional, and funny, he checked out the heater which he called a “Frankenstein” because apparently the people who had come to “fix” our AC and heating were using old parts as a bandaids for both whenever they broke down just to get them to work. Long story short we got our new AC and heater installed by Blake and I can’t remember the person’s name that was with Blake. They installed both in just one day. They were both really awesome and did a wonderful job. They both came back the next day to be sure everything was working right. Then today they sent Josue and he checked everything out and he made sure everything was running smoothly. We are very satisfied with job that was done and the technician’s and installer’s that were sent we all very courteous and professional. I’m so glad we called Goettl, so worth it.

I have had a maintenance membership with Schmidt Mechanical Group for 2 years. As a first time homeowner A/C units can be intimidating. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I really enjoy using their services.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

Kyle and Collin were very professional and efficient on inspecting my house for any leaks and inspecting the water stains on the ceiling. They also did a courtesy inspection on all plumbing inside the house for free. Would recommend!
