Doug came out both times, identified the issue quickly, had the parts really available to make the repairs, and completed the job in a tenth of the time it would have taken me. As everyone knows, it’s always hard to trust a service from a person who knows a trade and client that knows nothing, well I was blessed to have a plumber come to my house that was completely transparent. He was curteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he did and was going to do before even initiating the job. This guy will go far as long as this company allows him to. Ask for him by name. His name is Marc Salcido. Also a fellow military veteran. I knew once we made that connection, I was able to drop my guard. I could have called a zillion different plumbing outfits and many probably could have done the same job but I value professionalism and quality. Called the rooter man and Tom showed up...on time....with everything he needed to get the job done. As soon as I met him I knew this was going to be a good experience. Tom skillfully evaluated my sink draining problem and got right to work. 45 minutes later he had the drain all rooted out and another 30 minutes he had everything put back together and working like a champ. Nobody likes plumbing problems but these roto rooter guys are on top of their game. Can't go wrong with them and if your lucky and live around me you might even get Tom to show up and that's when it's BONUS TIME!

Update: 6/18/2021 (deleted past comments): Had a problem with A/C drain. Called them out. They worked me in within a reasonable timeframe, and MARCO did an outstanding job! I went ahead and renewed the service contract after all, and will see how it goes. Now I know I can request MARCO, I am a lot more confident that the service will meet my expectations.

The upstairs shower was leaking inside the wall and they came over right away and fixed the leak.They cleaned up after their self plus the mess that was there when they arrived.I had expected to pay a lot more for that kind of service, especially on the weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised when I paid the bill.I have since referred them to my brother, my ex-wife, and my daughter.And I gladly referred them to you with confidence.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of absolutely every single person we had contact with at Goettl. Four background, our AC system started going out last year and spoke to a bright pink competitor and they IMMEDIATELY went to a full system replacement discussion. We ended up talking to another specialist and paying a few thousand dollars to address the immediate issue. This time, the AC started shutting down and we called Goettl after hours. Not only did they answer the phone, they sent Jaime out over the weekend. Jaime immediately went to work on the issue at hand and only after identifying several other issues did he SHOW US the problems and start discussing that the system was shot. We had to swallow the pill that it was about to get very expensive and Jaime and Tony were extremely supportive and outlined the options. Jesse and Braendon came out THE NEXT DAY and installed the full system and took the time to walk us through from top to bottom. A few days later, Josue and his partner (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his name) came out to check the work and answer any questions. The entire experience from the initial contact to the communication throughout, to the financing, to the follow up has been top notch. Plus, who doesn't love swag?!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

I had a major sewer line issue and they were out same day to come diagnose! Juan was so helpful and communicative and he made sure I understood every step of the process. They got the work done quickly and for what I felt was a very fair price. I will definitely be using AK Plumbing again in the future, they were fantastic and so professional every step of the way!
