Best service I've ever received from a plumbing service. They configure a ventless propane fireplace for me and cut back water pipe. They treat you your home with the utmost respect, finish the job no matter what it takes and are very reasonable with chraging fees. I'm glad I found Chavarria's. I now have a plumber that shows up on time and finishes work with ease. Super service from this company.

Had RR come out because my kitchen sink was backing up. They arrived at the scheduled time and had the job done quickly. About an hour later another tech arrived to run a camera down the line to look for blockages. He was in and out pretty quickly too. My only complaint is that it had been raining when they arrived, and the first tech didn't put shoe covers on. I had some drop cloths handy and laid them down before he wheeled the auger in but still had a little mess to clean up. The second tech put the shoe covers on in his car, then walked across the wet and muddy driveway. He walked across a rug before I could move it and left tracks. Overall the service was great. I just wish the techs had been a little more thoughtful before entering my home.

Amazing and friendly service! They came out and fixed a foundation leak really fast. They repaired our plumbing issue in a short time frame. I thought my whole house was going to be torn apart but they fixed the issue and did it with minimal disturbance to our living spaces. We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!

Paid good money for water heater service, but have been rescheduled 3 weeks in a row because of staffing shortages. Paid good money last year and never received any service last year. Don't pay for water heater service because you won't get it. It's last on their list. They'll take your money, and do nothing. I asked to talk to the owner, and of course, that didn't happen! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I told them I deal with people(vets) every day, and that I understand some shortages, but he didn't care! I'll send it on is what he said. If the owner of Goettl gets this, I would love as call back! I don't think it will happen. Jim

After receiving a variety of defects from multiple outlets from my property, I called this company. Frank showed up earlier than expected by educating on what was going on and what caused the defects to happen. In addition, he was able to resolve it in matter of a short time.*********UPDATE:For the $79.95, I had issues with almost all areas of the property which was causing power outages throughout the property. Due to this, I had to hire a electrician (Will fix it) and they came over to my property and inspected what needed to be done and the electrician stated that there was a minor screw that was causing the issues, he had also mentioned that it is not the breaker that is triggering it and by fixing the minor screw, it worked. After that, 30min- 1hr later, the issue had occurred again. I called will fix it and they stated that they will look further into it by making another trip. During this 2nd trip, they were going to charge me a second trip of ($79.95) (without letting me know they were going to charge me) and stated that the $79.95 fee can only be waived if I purchase the diagnostic fee which was going to be $189.00. According to the electrician, he said it was needed to find out the issue. During the diagnostic on what he was doing, plugged in a remote and determined that no issues were triggering the remote as in failure to an area of the property. After that, he recommended me to pay for a breaker and have him install it which was going to be the $189.00 PLUS the +$300 for a breaker labor/ installation. After that, I requested a refund because I know there was no issue with the breaker since the house is too new to replace. I declined their service and requested a refund and they said they weren’t going to refund me. After all that issue with will fix it, I hired a electrician from sparky and they inspected all the issues and fixed it all in one price instead of charging fee after fee like will fix it. During their service, it was determined that there was a wire issue that needed to be replaced and a breaker wasn’t necessary to be replaced.Lack of communication and throwing random fees like that? Not cool. It resulted me doing business with another company and waste more money than I need to.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
