Sam and Alex came out to do a ac tune up. They found mildew in my ducts and gave me my options. There was some confusion during the financing process (not approved then come to find out my husband was). But, I spoke with someone from financing department who was very unprofessional and summed up since I said I was going to get other quotes I should have just asked that because I was waisting there time. I ended up telling him I would speak to Sam and Alex about it because I was so angry. If it was not for the service techs I would have easily went somewhere else. They ended up doing the job in a timely manner, gave me the information I needed and were understanding. The service techs are truly the ones that turned that incident from negative into positive. Thank you Sam and Alex. I have another appointment for next week to have my water softner checked and depending on this experience will be whether or not I continue business with this company. Im confident if I dont have to deal with another rude finance guy like this time the process will be 100% pleasant and I will be a returning customer.

Our 2 year old got a toy stuck in the sewage line and caused all of our drains to back up. He was able to drive down from a different job in Boerne and have it fixed with in 2 hours from the time of the initial call. Chris was friendly, and was able to do the job cheaper than initially quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Rockstar Plumbing is trust-worthy, knowledgable, and professional. David’s communication on what needed to be fixed reassured me that it was going to be done right and for a fair price. He showed up within the timeframe given which was great for scheduling around my work schedule. I will most definitely be calling David back for any plumbing needs required in my home.

We had Homer and Josh out for a camera inspection, they were very professional with all that was done. Especially during this time of Covid, and took all precautions neccessary. Even wore booties to look inside the house. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again.

I was prepared for the worst cause I thought I had 3 major plumbing issues, the outside faucet, the guest shower, and master bath sink. Steven came and resolved all 3 hard water issues with declogging and cleaning instead of replacing those parts. Saved this senior some money! I have used 210 Plumber before and am always pleased with how prompt, friendly, and efficient they are. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to scheduled appointment misunderstanding but I will continue to use.

I wish they gave me a coupon or something for my review like other service companies, but I feel compelled to write one anyway as this is the 3rd HVAC repair company I have tried in San Antonio and they were by far the best. I won't say the other companies names but I tried one of the biggest companies in SA the first time and a company run by one man the second time. The tech I called from the big company cussed in front of me, bad mouthed the home inspector, and charged me around $400 to replace a $20 part that ultimately needed to be replaced a few months later as they didn't diagnose the issue correctly. The guy that runs his own company wasn't friendly at all and when I asked him questions about what he was soldering/brazing he seemed offended and instead of answering my question told me that I was free to inspect his work after he was done (I was interested because I tried to do the repair myself and couldn't, so I wanted to see how the professionals did it). The techs from Comfort Air took the time to explain everything and they were friendly. They also got to my house very quickly. Oh, and the dispatcher was nice as well. After my first two experiences I was legitimately convinced that the HVAC repair industry was a total scam but you guys have restored my faith. Thank you!!!!

Our heating failed last night during the freeze. Called around for heating repair at 0600 and Geottl were the only ones to answer. The receptionist that answered was polite and professional and helped me set up a time with a technician the same day. The technician, Matthew Lopez was polite and professional as well and actually took his time to diagnose the issue. When he found out the heating system was still working and not the problem, he could of ended it at that but he went above and beyond and took the time to check out our ductwork as well and found out the cause and was able to fix it on the spot.Im not one to leave reviews but this instance definitely calls for one. Geottl and their team is fantastic and would 100% recommend them to my family and friends.Again thank you Matthew for taking your time in finding and fixing the problem.

I had paid for a spot leak test and was told I had 2 breaks under the house and I needed tunneling and probably 2 piers added. But I had a bad feeling about the company and the guys that did the test, like they were maybe not honest. So I was recommended to Henry with Plumbit from my neighbor and Henry came and did another spot leak test and found a 3 leak. And even with 3rd leak and adding jetting to clean the pipes from the sink that were coded with grease, the price came out about the same as my first quote. His work was clean, professional and done with that extra care will all hope to get. I wish I don’t have to spend money on repairs but I got lucky using Henry because he did an awesome good. Highly recommend and I will be using and recommending him from here on for plumbing need

I had a great experience working with San Antonio Plumbing! They sent out Brett, and boy am I thankful for him! So a little background story first..my issue is, the water in the bowl will not stay at a normal level. It dwindles down to almost nothing in the bowl. I have a contract with choice home warranty (luckily it expires in a few days lol) where I put in the claim for the toilet issue. The first company they sent out was A-Snap plumbing. They replace the flush valve, and for 2 days it worked fine, then back to what it was doing. They came back out, tried to replicate the issue by flushing, and when they saw it wasn't instant, they said it goods, and left 10 min after. 1 hrs later I was calling back to tell them the issues not resolved. I was told they get with the warranty company, but for 2 weeks heard nothing from either side. I called the warranty company and they tell me that the A-Snap plumbers said the issue was resolved....WHAT??? No! So I had to INSIST they send me another company..and that's when San Antonio Plumbing came to my rescue! Brett, after a few hrs of troubleshooting, was able to determine the issue is the actual toilet. And was able to take care of a leak in my shower faucet as well! I feel at ease now, and never again will I do business with either of those other companies again! Thank you SAP, you're a pipe saver!! :D

Never doing business with this company. They get a 1 Star because the work got done.We had just moved into our new office down the road, and we figured we would support our small business neighbors. We needed some work done for our Cert. of Occupancy - water heater & P-trap under sink. Over the phone they quote me $170 an hour, plus parts and the water heater permit, but they would need to come out first to give us a better estimate. They come out and do the evaluation. I ask “170$ an hour, plus permit, plus parts, right?” He says “yes, I’ll send you the estimate when I get to the office via email.” I receive the estimate and I confirm that the estimate includes all the work needed to be done, and I get a “yes.” We agree for them to come out. There was some miscommunication in the morning with the plumber, but he came back and got the job... minus the air circulation issue in the water heater room, we decided to do that ourselves. We get the bill and it was for the FULL amount on the estimate! Even though we opted to do some of the work ourselves....So my business partner calls and questions the secretary and asks for an itemized list. They make “an adjustment” but now we have some new fees that were never mentioned before! Admin fee and overhead and project??? What in the world? We run a small business too and this is factored into our hourly rate...we don’t surprise our clients with hidden fees! If you do business with these people maybe ask for an itemized estimate to make sure they aren’t sneaking in any hidden fees.

This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.
