Great company, professional and on-time every time!

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Our technician was awesome! He was very friendly and arrived to our home very quickly after I had called them. He was very knowledgeable and we couldn't have asked for a better technician. I didn't catch his name but he was awesome and will recommend your business to others.

They are very over priced and do not do a quality job. Wanted to charge us again for a water leak to repair their mistakes. Needless to say we had to hire a professional plumber to fix their mistake. Filed a complaint with our insurance company.

During the intensely cold weather earlier this year, we were without water and plumbers were busier than ever. Most companies were quoting me 2-4 weeks out for an initial visit. I called Alamo Plumbing and despite a busy schedule, they were able to squeeze us in the next day! The plumber showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, and repaired the pipe on the spot. In no time we had water again! At a time when plumbing service was so in demand, I was pleasantly surprised that they maintained their reasonable rate instead of jacking up pricing as they could have done. Santiago and Pedro were both friendly, reliable, and very professional. Alamo Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service for all of our company's locations in the area.

I called at 7 am Monday morning to 2 other companies that advertise available 21/7 but got voice. Roto-Rooter answered lived right away! My tech David #7588 was awesome! 4/25/23 Plumbing Inspection. We had our Sadie plumbing inspection today & Goettl techs Joshua L. & Jonathan S. did a great job. They inspected all things plumbing and explained everything. They answered all our questions. We needed a new water softner and they helped us thru the process & explained the types & differences of each. Very pleased with the whole process & we would like to thank Joshua & Jonathan again for all their help. I was an angry customer, and they resolved my issue and left me satisfied. I will call them again (if they'll accept my call).I had to have Bryco out twice within a week. The first time, our toilet had a sewer smell, so the plumber took off the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet 3 different times to ensure it was stable and didn't rock.One week later, that toilet backed up. Since it was after-hours, we had to have the emergency call, at a cost of $370.This is why I took one star off; Roto-Rooter augered the very same toilet only a few months ago, and charged $150 at 9pm; Will-Fix-It and Beyer Boys quoted me around the same price ($170-175) that time, as well. I didn't call either of them this time, because I figured it made sense the work of resetting the toilet multiple times caused some of the wax ring to fall into the pipe, which is where the clog came from; I am certain it should not have been clogged, since the bathroom is hardly used and the drain was augered so recently.So, I called Bryco back, and they sent another plumber team.Unfortunately, they didn't agree with me that the work done last week brought the need for the return visit, and took my card info to run the $370. I called first thing the next morning (and didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to), and we had a round-and-round that resulted in him agreeing not to charge my card.So, what could have been a 1 star review became a 4 star review. I am not sure they're happy with the resolution, but I am (of course). And since they were straightforward and listened to me, and agreed not to charge my card, I am comfortable calling them again for a scheduled appointment.

Had shower valve leak. Front office was friendly and courteous and assigned me to Armando. Spoke with him prior to appt to understand repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable, considerate of my concerns, and did not try to sell or push extra items or work. Arrived at scheduled time, courteous, quickly and efficiently repaired leak. Advised me to seek home insurance quote due to leak in dry wall which helped. Will definitely refer and continue to use San Antonio Plumbing, specifically Armando for future plumbing issues. Thanks

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.
