This is our first time using George Plumbing Co. Everything went well from setting the appointment to diagnosing the issue with my water softening system. Shawn was very knowledgeable and sourced the problem, explaining everything as he worked. He did the required research, setting a future date for the actual repair, since repair was to take more time than he had. This appears to be a very professional company. I am pleased he is willing to repair versus just offering replacement as the best option

Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

Great experience. Richard, ( Service Tech ), was friendly, punctual and capable. Work completed quickly and correctly. All my questions were answered and procedures explained in an understandable fashion. Showed extent of damage to water line, possible cause of damage, prior to commencing repair. Showed me the new replacement parts before and after installation/repair was completed. Insured no further leaks were encountered and explained warranty.I only gave 4 stars due to problem completing payment method. I had to become personally involved with the financial institution doing the financing. I have had previous work performed by Wills All Pro using the same financial institution without a hitch. Rather frustrating, especially having an open account there. You would think the finance dept. @ Wills All Pro would be well versed on the requirements of the banks they use for 3rd party payment for services.

Great service! Right on time and finished repair quickly. Frank and Diego were both professional and pleasant, despite the 100° heat. They kept me informed of the issue at hand and the options and process to fix it every step of the way.

Alamo Plumbing Solutions replaced my entire main line and updated all my downstairs plumbing in a 1928 house, including trenching and connecting the main line, venting, and replacing all pipes and a p-trap for the pedestal sink. Made sure everything looked great and quoted me a price far less than a leading national company. Came within one day (on a holiday too) when our electric company hit our new line while burying the wires and fixed it by the next day! They really seem to understand how important plumbing is for the family. Thank you for updating my home and for your prompt and friendly service!

The plumber was extremely efficient very friendly brought the work in much sooner than everyone expected. He was knowledgeable in sump pump installation and was able to answer all my plumbing questions. This was all done outside in the pouring rain. The guy deserves a raise.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.
