I agreed to replace it with a new one costly but well worth the cost of the unit and piece of mind about my appliances. Walker Gumbert and Dalton Bratton just finished my bathroom sink faucet install and my garbage disposal. They did professional work and were very Covid protocol compliant. They even slipped covers onto their shoes! I have always hated that garbage disposal so Walker gave me quotes on replacing or re piping. I chose to remove it. He re piped the sink and dishwasher and they left everything very clean and even took the old junk away! Tietze plumbing is the best !

I was having issues with my toilet draining and I called and talked to Audra and explained that I had an elderly mother and she instantly got someone to head out. Called Aramendia because I heard continuous water running by my water softener. Chris Posada and Jacob Diaz were very professional, helpful and identified the problem. Not only was my water softener not operating correctly, but also identified a water leak outside my back yard caused by my irrigation system. I appreciated how Chris explained what was wrong, and helped replace my water softener, check water pressure and all faucets, etc. in the house. I would recommend Aramendia- Chris and Jacob to others who have plumbing issues. They are very helpful with explaining issues where I can understand and don’t feel pressured into doing anything. Joe was the plumbing contractor on the construction job for our new business. Not only did his crew do a very good job on the installation, but when we had a few minor issues pop up with some of the commercial fixtures that were installed in our business, they drove up from San Antonio to fix them right away, no matter how small the problem was. They even came out just to adjust the water pressure in the toilets when they were not flushing properly. They honored they're warranty and have been very good to us which is a trait I admire and appreciate.

Plain and simple, stay away from this HVAC company, price gouging is an understatement. Richard the technician advised the Compressor Protector Terminal is going bad and will fail this year, he advised to change the part. A $30.00 dollar part cost $479.00 to purchase/install in my A/C unit which took all of 5 minutes to complete the job, no exaggeration. I asked why it was so expensive, his answer was, “that’s book price”, just incredible and crooks taking advantage of common working people. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

I have used Arnold Moos for many years to service and maintain my HVAC system and also for plumbing issues. Recently, on a very hot day, my AC system died. Not only were they at my house within a few hours to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond to locate and procure a new, comparable unit and to get it installed that same day. In less then 12 hours from my call to them I had a new unit running and cooling the house.Their technicians and entire team are professional and friendly and take the time to explain what is needed. It’s hard to find a company that does great work at a fair price. I called Airco to help me with a small electrical problem. They were quick and very knowledgeable.

These plumbing technicians, manager, owner and answering service people are rude, unprofessional, and leave a mess when their done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I paid alot of money, received awful services, was threatened by a manager when I asked for someone to come pickup the trash left behind. I did not want any money returned, i just wanted them to do me right! I suggest you call someone else to do your work. Thanks!?
