We called Wills to unclog a toilet (caused by a pen, or 5yr old rather). While they were here, we had them put in a pedestal sink we had lying around. I can’t give more than 2 stars for a mediocre job at a premium $1200 cost. But they get 2 stars for effort and jumping on the project the same day which took a couple hours. In hindsight, my bad for not wanting to instal my own pedestal, thinking “leave it to the pros.” These guys are not bad, they’re just not that good either. Shop around, best advice I can give you.

The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. I have used Arnold Moos for many years to service and maintain my HVAC system and also for plumbing issues. Recently, on a very hot day, my AC system died. Not only were they at my house within a few hours to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond to locate and procure a new, comparable unit and to get it installed that same day. In less then 12 hours from my call to them I had a new unit running and cooling the house.Their technicians and entire team are professional and friendly and take the time to explain what is needed. It’s hard to find a company that does great work at a fair price. I called Airco to help me with a small electrical problem. They were quick and very knowledgeable.

I paid $850 for a repair on my leaky pipe. I called back a few weeks later to report the restroom associated with that pipe they repaired had low water pressure which wasn't an issue prior to the repair. I waited 2 weeks for a call to be made to set up an appointment, nothing. I went online and sent an email for no call being made to schedule, again nothing.
