They even refused to charge me for a small sink fixed at my house recently. That is the kind of hospitality and service that keeps businesses in business.

I was referred to Caliente Hot Water through Home Advisor and scheduled an appointment through Home Advisor. I received a follow up call within 5 minutes of scheduling the appointment on Home Advisor and offered a same day appointment. I ended up scheduling an appointment the next day. I received a confirmation call the morning of the appointment and another when the plumber was on the way. He was prompt and professional. He inspected the water heater and explained options for repair or replacement of a part or unit. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would use Caliente Hot Water again. The problem was resolved less than 24 hours from when I sought service with the company.

I had a very positive experience this morning with Kenneth Talamantez and Jean Norval from Aramendia Plumbing, Heating and Air. There were issues with my aging AC system and they spent a significant amount of time diagnosing the problems and offering suggestions to ameliorate them. Kenneth and Jean were professional, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. They engendered my trust and are excellent representatives of Aramendia Plumbing, with whom I have a long term relationship. Well done!

They came in and have done maintenance on my heating and AC system a few times. The guy working with me this time was Jehad and he was very helpful. Will be using them again.

It is obvious that when Schmidt switched to Radiant, their friendly customer service model changed to a corporate style business model. I had a problem with my heating unit. The Tech walks in and first thing he immediately shares with me is a laminated price list. I listened and asked him to see the unit. He seemed like a salesperson with not much technical experience. He went by the book and listed many things that could have happened to my unit. I left him in the attic for 30 min, then went back in and he was reading a binder and told me he is studying the circuit diagram. I immediately called another HVAC company and made an appointment (without telling him). When he was done after 1 hour, he gave me a shopping list of what needs to be replaced one of which was a $3,500 heat exchanger. Long story short, he left. The tech from the second company came and told me it is the fire sensor. To be sure, I made an appointment with a 3rd company and was told about the same thing. I specifically asked them if the heat exchanger was cracked. Both explained in the same way that IF it was cracked, the fire etc should look like this…, showing me a video and assuring me that the hear exchanger was just fine. I say bye to Radiant. I wish they stayed true to the Schmidt business model that did not involve scare tactics.

This was a great experience with will fix it, they are very professional with scheduling and installation. The installation went smoothly the work was neat and clean and they were quick. About the best you could ask for honestly for install work ( toilets in this case). I will definitely be using them for other plumbing work and repair work if needed.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

After reaching out to several plumbing companies with no success, I was referred to Arnold Moos by a family member.From our very first interaction they were empathetic, responsive and professional. Josh was amazing! He was on time, very friendly and polite. He was able to troubleshoot my A/C issues right away and get it fixed. He took the time to explain everything and also gave me tips to prolong the life of my current system. The prices were good and the work done was top notch and professional! I am very happy with the service I got and will definitely be using their service contract; much better option than a home warranty. I highly recommend their services!

Terrible, rude, unreliable, unprofessional!Called for a plumbing emergency. Was told they would be here within 2 hrs. Within one hour got a call saying they were on the way, and would be here in a few minutes. And hour later I call back and the guy says, oh I'm not coming, another guys is. Another hour later, no calls no plumber. I call again, and every time you call they take your name, address, number. I asked don't you guys keep the people's info on file that have an appointment? They said no they have to fill out a new message every time for security reasons. ? That's a terrible customer service experience. Especially since you have to call several times.Anyway, finally get a call from a 3rd plumber that's on his way and while I'm talking about the issue, he's having a whole different conversation with someone in the background! I was so frustrated after all the run around, and calls, and rude unprofessionalism, and waiting over 4 hours past the time they said they'd be here, that I hung up while he was talking to whoever was with him. I calmed down and called back and text, no response, no show.And free estimate? No one will know what your talking about no matter who you ask. Even though that's what they advertise.I should have read the reviews first like usual. But i was freaking out about the emergency.Avoid this company at all cost!!! Complete waste of time!
