Best Duct Cleaning in San Antonio TX

I called them up to get a quote, I asked them if I could send detailed pictures of the project in question (just installing 2 dishwashers), showing the connections under the sink, everything, and if I could get a rough estimate that way, the lady who took my call (who sounded like she was in a call center) said they couldn't do that, that a technician would have to come out and if I didn't like the estimate given that then it would be 77$ for him having come out to my house! so basically once you call them up, if you decide to decline the service cuz you deem it too expensive, then you're out 77$! wow, they should really make it so that people can document via pictures or video the project and for them to give you AT LEAST a BALLPARK estimate, very very shady tactics if you ask me :/

My husband and I have used 1st Call for three services within the last year. The first service was the replacement of the pressure relief valve near our main water shut off valve. I called them and they arrived within a few hours. Repairs were completed and our water was back on in less than two hours. The second service was this summer when both of our AC’s were in their last string. We had two new systems put in. Couldn’t be happier. Today, they came and changed out a cassette in our master shower faucet. Our shower would continue to run, even with the faucet turned completely off. Apparently, it was a specialty item that was needed to make the repair. They went to a parts store; picked it up and changed it in less than an hour. Our water was back on in no time. All of the parts and service are covered under a one year warranty. You get what you pay for and my husband and I will continue to call 1st call for all of our major plumbing, AC and/or electrical needs. Thank you to Chris W for helping us with our AC’s and Eric G who helped with our shower!UPDATE March 2023- To add to the initial, we are once again satisfied with 1st Call! Due to hard water and high pressure coming from the city to our main waterline, the pressure release valve went bad and we needed a new one. They also inspected the water heater for me and found out that the water heater was older than they were ?. I asked them to see if I could get a deal if we did the PRV and the heater at the same time. We worked it out and they got the two jobs done in less than three hours! Our pipes no longer bang in our walls, our water pressure is wonderful and the hot water gets hot a lot faster! So thankful I stuck with 1st Call once again!!! Justin and Nathan took good care of us. They were prompt, professional and patient with us. They’re fast workers and we’re very thorough with us from start to finish. She explained their findings and what needed to be fixed. They left our yard looking good as new and left the area around our water heater, nice and clean. Thank you two for your hard work!UPDATE May 2023- Marco was an awesome technician! We was prompt to our AC service appointment. He did a thorough inspection, cleaned out the pans, checked out the outside units and even found a part of the newly installed AC that needed to be reinforced. He made the repairs and we are good to go for another 6 months or so. I highly recommend utilizing this company for all your electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you Marco! These guys were amazing. They took what started off as a disaster. (Backed up sewer main with root invasion and collapsed pipe) and had everything fixed, repaired and working perfectly with in a few hours. The main plumber Jaime was very professional and kind. He assured me he would not leave until everything was fixed regardless of how long it took.They have a huge crew of professionals.Call Wills All Pro first I promise you will thank me later. They were very fair and less expensive than other companies quotes.

The plumbers installed a water softener. Sounds easy until you realize that this 30 yo house has no connections and no one knew where the main water line came in. The guys spent one whole day digging until finally it was found on the total opposite side of the house from the garage/laundry room where it needed to go. They spent the next day running the line through the wall and attic to connect it all. Throughout it all they were courteous and professional. Best of all the quote never changed from what was quoted at the initial time of service despite all the setbacks in finding the main line. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I had a kitchen sink leaking through the sink drain basket, called them on Thursday, scheduled for Friday and they called and showed up an hour earlier than they promised and did the job. Very polite plumber and helper, kept the kitchen clean and picked up after themselves. I am very pleased with their work, I highly recommend them and will use them again when I need plumbing work.I had to call them for a new problem. They came within an hour of the call on 7/26/2018, Chris P and Joe A. Replaced the prv made a minimal dig and restored my yard nicely. Outstanding service. Appreciate it and will always use these guys!

We had a major issue with our sewage that required a full replacement of our main sewage line. Joe was the first on the scene and he spent his time showing me what was wrong and sharing the solutions for it. He helped me navigate finalizing the project. Then the work started. So much hard work for 3 days in the SA heat. Adrian and Jordan were on time, polite and friendly and explained all the reasons things were happening and what was being fixes. They were thorough and very communicative. Every night as they left the site I got a call explaining what had been done and what was next.

They came to look at the job and never gave me a quote I've waited over a month and a half and they still haven't called me and let me know about my quote stay away!!!!!!

My AC went out a few days before a trip out of town. My warranty company dispatched AIR TODAY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING to my home. Everyone at this company treated me with respect and compassion. The thorough and caring Jessica kept me in the loop and answered my many questions with patience and exceptional service.The repairmen Enrique and Josh went above and beyond doing more than required to get me some cool air as I was leaving town and waiting on warranty company to decide. I was so happy with their customer service and the job they did. Unfortunately but fortunately for me my system was old and needed replaced. Warranty covered their part and I replaced the rest out of pocket.Anthony and Mando were installers. They were meticulous and very tidy. They put down drop cloths, vacuumed, wore masks and foot covers. But beyond that they were mindful of my 2 older dogs and were careful with doors and gates as to not allow my pets to wander.I am so pleased with this company from the first friendly call to the completion of the job.My upstairs which prior to replacement was always 10-15 degrees hotter than the first floor is now just as cool. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and workmanship. They will work with you and they truly care. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed! Well done AIR TODAY! This company was wonderful start to finish. Specifically, Jacob came out at about 11pm when my house was 86 degrees. There wasn’t much he could do that night because the entire system needed to be replaced but he still went out of his way to get me a portable unit to make it through the night. The next day, Ray and his partner came out and installed an entire new unit. They were professional, skilled, and polite. I would recommend this company to everyone!

George came, gave us an estimate & was very professional. He replaced the heater in the master bathroom and tested it prior to leaving, cleaned up & explained how it worked. I will definitely be calling for other jobs to be done.

Josh was amazing! He was on time, very friendly and polite. He was able to troubleshoot my A/C issues right away and get it fixed. He took the time to explain everything and also gave me tips to prolong the life of my current system. The prices were good and the work done was top notch and professional! I am very happy with the service I got and will definitely be using their service contract; much better option than a home warranty. I highly recommend their services!

Called them on Monday 9/7/21, and was told a tech would call me. A few minutes later a tech called me, and sId they would be out on 9/8/21 in the morning. 9/8 came around, and no one called, or showed up. I called around 100 pm to see if they were coming out, and was told they would call me back. So far nothing. Just going to use another company. Luckily I have a non emergency garage disposal leak, but if it were a plumbing emergency I'm sure I would get the same outcome. If they can't even show up when they say they will, I'm sure their service is equally unreliable.
