This is by far the most responsive plumbing company I have worked with. They were eager to get what I needed repaired and even took a look at an outdoor faucet for me that I informed them about last minute. Very communicative and reasonable prices, I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to friends.

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

This was an extremely difficult experience to deal with. I asked for a quote for new gas lines to be ran for a customer at a job site. I met with Joe at the location and asked him for assistance. He said he could have his excavation crew possibly the following week to do the work needed. After a couple of days I tried to reach out to them to get the estimate and put the deposit down on the project. Finally got a hold of someone in the office after two days of calling and was told of a family emergency and Joe would not be back for two weeks. I let my customer know that work would be delayed but that it would be done in a couple of weeks. 2 weeks pass by I reach of to the Joe for over 6 days to get the status and I was told they would get back to me. Well finally the young lady in the office told me she would find out and let me know at the end of the day. So today which is tomorrow at 1 pm I called the office again to find out the status and I was told that they can't do the job because they don't have the people. I have wasted three weeks waiting on this company and now my customer is upset at me and them. This was truly unprofessional and would have take a 15 second text message to let me know weeks ago.

Had a wonderful experience with the most professional and courteous technicians! They were able to accommodate our urgent request for a same day appointment and thoroughly explained the issue and how they would resolve it so we could approve the work and cost. Nathan arrived promptly and did the work in a most expedient and professional manner. All issues were resolved. I did not know that such work could be done in such a short period of time. There was even a bathroom sink that was not functioning properly. He identified the issue and repaired it.Was very much pleased with the pricing as well. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

On Sunday night our sewer pipe backed up into our showers; bathtubs, etc. I wasn't able to get everything to consistently work right. So we called Roto-Rooter to schedule a service on Monday Morning; but they talked us into taking a Sunday night service (no extra charge) - they promised a technician would be at our house in around 2 hours. One Hour later our door bell rang the technician was there; I walked him back to where the sewer clean-out was he proceeded to work for the next hour or so feeding the power snake through the lines. He showed me that he ran the snake all the way to the city line in the street and then after rewinding the snake proceeded to snake a video camera down the sewer and was able to show me that we had a broken pipe and roots growing into the system. We were able to set up the service and arrange financing at my kitchen table to replace the broken pipe and replace the pipes that had the roots growing in them very little trouble. The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He provided the necessary paperwork and told me which ones to keep to present to my insurance company if I end up having coverage to cover the busted sewer pipe. I will definitely use them the next time I need work done. The $40 off online coupon for any service was handy as well....(plumber/San Antonio)

Dakota and Justin are professional, courteous technicians who are knowledgeable, skillful, and willing to explain the entire situation and provide viable options and solutions. They did a wonderful job installing a new water softener system and hooking up a water line to a refrigerator where a line didn't previously exist. Efficient and thorough, they still finished in record time, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend Aramendia and their technicians!
