I called this company to fix my broken shower head assembly on Saturday. The technician said it was missing two screws and he had to reassemble once completed.He showed me the price breakdown and due to this being a significant issue I willingly paid for the service of $689. It didn’t sit well all weekend and I requested to speak to a manager.The manager gave me his politically correct response and because I’m a veteran he then tried to give me some other offer but needed approval from the big boss. I asked about price of materials and labor for the current job but that’s not how they gauge the job.Two screws, reassemble the shower housing unit, and the technician was completed in less than 30 minutes once he started the job. So this is how veterans are treated in the state of Texas which is a TOTAL RIP OFF for any consumer.And to think I went overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight for people and companies like this. It’s very shameful to know this company took advantage of a consumer after I tried to rectify my concern.Needless to say I will not be using this company in the near or distant future.

The guys at Caliente Hot Water were seriously awesome! They came recommended by several different families in my area.I had 3 different companies come and offer me a quote for my water heater and softer...and the Caliente team was not able to give me an accurate assessment, but they were able to do the work fast and for a reasonable price.I highly recommend Caliente Hot Water for those of you who need these type of services.

When I initially contacted this company, it was cause the 24hrs option piqued my interest. But between the friendly, professional, and honest customer service. Who rememberd my name after mentioning I had a preference once btw. And the willingness to work with me and my family on times and service. While also being courteous and thorough with their communication and service as a whole. I don't have 1 negative thing to say about this company. As of now they will definitely be my family's go to company for the services they offer.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

As per our past experiences, John and his assistant JP were extremely professional, diligent and helpful. They were able to successfully clear our sewer blockage as well as provide a video of the sewer so that we could confirm the pipe was free of further blockages.

If I could give them a - 5 Star, I would, because I called their public number three times, once to place my order, to get my kitchen faucet replaced, and each time I was asked the same questions, which indicates to me that they are using some kind of messaging service. I did receive a call back from a technician, who told me that he would be at our home the next day at 1:00 PM, but that didn't happen, and when I called back to find out what my status was, I was asked the same questions over again. They may say that they are affordable, which means nothing, if you can't get their service, to see if it is affordable or not.
