Michael Garcia was a great technician. He explained my options and his suggestions to replace parts were spot on. I wasn’t sure if I was going to replace a part but eventfully I decided to change it and as a result I saw the part was not longer effective and damaged. It was a safety valve and I’m glad I changed it. Kept the family safe. No pressure sales just informative and allows the homeowner to decide what to approve. I highly recommend this company.

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. I recommend obtaining multiple quotes if you have a major plumbing issue. Guarantee Plumbing charged me double the amount for a pipe camera inspection compared to two other reliable San Antonio plumbing companies. In addition, their quote to repair the major leak was over $3,000 more than the other two companies. If it is a large job, then certainly get multiple quotes.

I had a foundation leak from the storm along with PRV and water heater that Greg and Rey provided service for. They are the most professional and quality technicians that I have had out to the house. I submitted a request by contact form late at night and received a phone call early the next morning. The plumber was dispatched for a timeslot within a couple hours of the phone call. I had them do diagnostic work based on info I had been given by another company that I had some doubts about. I felt the Anchor plumber knew what he was doing and provided better information at a better price than the previous company.
