The entire process was Such a great professional experience.. so worth it. Great service, communication and such a good feeling to know that my plumbing will be fixed and that I’ve found them.

Call them on a Sunday and showed up with in hours. The two feild techs where really polite and professional. They price to fix the leak was very fair and upfront. After digging a hole in my yard to find the leak, you could not even tell the grass was ripped out when they where finished. They put it all back very neatly and cleaned up 100%.I would highly recommend using 1st Call Plumbing. A++

What I love about this company - their communication. They are easy to book with over the phone. They send follow up texts and emails to remind us of our appointments - we book weeks in advance because of our work schedules. They send text and email with the employee's name and photo when they are on the way to our home. It gives me the feeling of security knowing who to expect at my door.They are quick to complete the work we request. Have a detailed invoice and clean up any mess they may make. All in all, we have been extremely pleased with the AC/Heating tune ups we have received.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

I dont know why they only have a 3.9...they deserve a 5. They went above and beyond for our family today. I was having issues with my toilet draining and I called and talked to Audra and explained that I had an elderly mother and she instantly got someone to head out. Thank you...Luis and other man worked hard and fixed the issues. Took their time and cleaned up from the muddy mess of putting in a clean out. And the best of all, very reasonable...must use this company...

Ruben (Supervisor) is very knowledgeably about the process for re-piping waterlines in the home. He was friendly and professional while answering our many questions :-). He conducted a walk through of our home and made recommendations to save on cost. My home had a partial power loss recently. When the power came back on it's own with a loud pop near the main power panel I knew it was a serious and dangerous situation. I called several Electrical companies and the few who called me back were busy for the week. One electrician who called back but was busy actually referred me to Evenflow saying they were a solid company. I called and immediately got a live person and the earliest they could come would be the next day, which was fine. Later that morning though, I got a text from George with Evenflow saying he could make it that same afternoon. George arrived when he said and inspected the Electrical panels both outside and inside. With my power having restored itself previously and no obvious faults observed, he inspected the mainline power line to the house and noted deficiencies with the connections in place. He recommended calling CPS energy and send a crew out to fix the cables. He even gave me the phone number to call. A couple hours later around 7pm CPS arrived and did the repairs. After that everything worked perfectly. I'll add that George was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Being a handymen, I probably asked George more questions than he's used to but he patiently answered all my questions and explained why only a certain series circuits were impacted. After all that, Evenflow didn't assess a service charge for coming out. I'd recommend Evenflow to anyone who needs Electrical work for their homes.

I have used Arnold Moos for many years to service and maintain my HVAC system and also for plumbing issues. Recently, on a very hot day, my AC system died. Not only were they at my house within a few hours to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond to locate and procure a new, comparable unit and to get it installed that same day.
