Chris, is on time. Courteous. Professional. And most of all attentive and informative. Makes you feel comfortable from the get go. Doesn’t make you feel like he’s unsure of what he does. He’s been in the business for almost 20 years and it shows. Professional to the max. I could not have been more pleased with his customer service and his work ethic.

This is the third time they have come to help and I couldn’t be happier. They came to repair a water heater but we went for a new one, second time our toilet gave out and they got and installed a new one, this time was the garbage disposal. I’m happy to say they are very professional, timely, affordable, and so knowledgeable about their trade. I also appreciate they are very respectful, honest, and transparent about their work. We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

I called them on Saturday morning planning to schedule them for some time next week. They told me they had someone in the neighborhood and can stop by today for a free estimate. Jose was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed our plumbing issues. He even went above and beyond by making my main water shutoff valve accessible when it used to be buried under the ground. I am very happy with his work and very glad I made the call this morning.

Great customer service, appointments are easy to schedule, and they're always honest about how many people are ahead of us in the queue of appointments for the day, so we have a good idea of when to expect them. Daniel is our preferred technician and he does a great job communicating with us. I never feel like he rushes out of our appointment, he makes sure everything is done right! Orlando and another gentleman came out today to help me with our dishwasher because it was backed up. They arrived within their time window and I appreciated the text message they sent prior to arrival. Once they arrived, They checked to see if the lines were clear and also drained the water in the dishwasher with the shop vacuum. They ended up finding a small ball inside the dishwasher which was the cause of it not draining properly. These gentlemen went above and beyond their job responsibility to help me out. I highly recommend them!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

I called Beyer Boys Plumbing for a suspected gas leak on a Saturday morning after checking my CPS bill. They worked me into the schedule and came very quickly. Richard and Tristan were professional and very fast in finding the issue. They identified and isolated the leak and added a cut off valve in under 30 minutes. Richard sent me a quote as promised for the repair of the gas pipe, even faster than anticipated. He sent it to me before leaving my curb!
