Edit: Shortly after I left the review, Joe reached out to me, he came back, re-diagnosed the toilet and fixed the problem. He also changed a fixture complimentary to make up for the original misdiagnosis.I had the misfortune of being assigned to this company by home warranty. They came, took my co-pay, and didn't do the job. Instead asked to open another claim and DIY it. When the warranty company tried to contact them, they were unable to get a hold of them.

Julio Aleman #3318 did a fantastic job. Arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do and the associated cost, performed the service to resolve our clogged drain, and explained some preventative measures I can do to help avoid similar issues in the future. Fast and professional service I highly recommend them.

Both visits they showed up on time. Had all the tools and supplies to get the project done on the first visit. Took the time to explain the parts, process and the invoice. Highly recommend.

Why just yesterday Paul and his fabulous crew installed a new water softener in our 1950s home. We are new to SA, so like many, I hopped on Yelp and Google to find plumbers in the area with credibility and solid work ethic. Well, needless to say, Anchor Plumbing was looking quite stellar and once Paul came out to give me a free estimate, he more than lived up to those reviews. He was very clear in explaining the process of installation, the cost, the materials needed, model/warranty info and timing to complete the project. I had 3 other estimates from plumbers, and Paul came in below his competitors and by not trying to upsell me on additional products, I knew he was our guy.The day of the install couldn't have gone smoother. Paul and his team arrived in the morning and were done before lunch. Everyone was polite, efficient and maintained a level of professionalism that did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend Anchor Plumbing and will be using them for additional projects in the future.

I purchased a generator and they installed a trip switch, failover panel, and connected multiple switches to the panel. They were super responsive, follow up was great, service and communication were superb. I highly recommend this company.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

The toilet backed up and we couldn't plunge it down. I called AK Plumbing and had someone out in no time. Cost is reasonable and the arrived on time. We are very satisfied.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
