We unexpectedly had a pipe leak and didn't know for over an hour. When we called 1st Call, they were literary there in 10 minutes. John was very professional and honest. He did quality work and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him and his team again.

Eric my technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of my system. I felt like he informed me of all the facts without using any pressure to sell upgrades or identify items that need immediate replacement. He made suggestions and stated his company is there for anything I need. Perfect service and a nice way to build trust. Will not hesitate to call if I need them again. Also worth noting, their communication is excellent. I received emails, calls and texts reminding me of my appointment and they even let me know when my tech was on their way. This company gets it, A+!

I’m so beyond disappointed. I liked Matthew, the plumber, but unfortunately after 3 days of service (had to call each day to fix the issue), the issue was never fixed. Called Sat and Sun. No response. Decided after 4 days of no hot water that I’d get my own help, which fixed the issue. Paid $3000 for new, defective water heater; new water pressure valve ($1200 charged), and then they tried to charge me $900 for 3 cartridges for 3 faucets. Found out later how much cheaper these parts are, so I was taken advantage of.

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew

On time, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. These guys were amazing. Abel and Luis were able to find an issue that 3 other plumbers had missed. Didn’t gouge us on the price, either. Thanks guys! We will definitely be referring Aramendia to our friends and family. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues in the future but if we do, we’re calling you.

Our AC stopped blowing cold, so we opened up the yellow pages and called 3 different AC companies to come out and give us a quote. The first one told me I needed a brand new system that would cost about $10,000. The next company told me it would cost $5,000. The last company charged me $351. I was glad to be dealing with a fair and honest company and worker (Raymond). I will definitely use them again in the future for any additional AC work.

He was very helpful, inspected my units and let me know what needed to be done to answer the house inspection before I sold it. He was quick and efficient. I appreciate his work!

**WHAT I WAS CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUS** I accidentally partially cut through a water line outside my house. Prior to the technician arriving, I already had the dirt dug up around the leak and the water line was so shallow that there was minimal digging the technician needed to do. He even mentioned several times how much more shallow the line was than it should have been. Just to replace a foot of the water line (PVC pipe) which took him about 5min, he charged me $375 for a full “pipe replacement”! This is absolutely ridiculous pricing and I feel like they took advantage of my situation. The office lady wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone but made it sound like the job I described would be much cheaper. They charge an $89 service fee (“that is applied to any repair cost”) just to have a technician come out. I recommend not using this company unless you’re able to get an estimate over the phone.

They fixed a leak in my yard in about 10 minutes for the best price around. The Technician Rob was honest and knowledgeable as well from diagnosing the issue to recommending future prevention! They have earned a longtime customer with me.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

We were in a pinch with our hot water heater, so I began calling the list of plumbers supplied by my google search. I'm so happy to have come across Friendly Plumbers ! They came by same day and got our situation repaired quickly. He and his son were knowledgeable, professional and personable. A guy named Toby came out and took a total of 6 minutes to change out an expansion valve coupler. No leak was present. I asked about military discount and they stated it depends on the cost to repair. This company advertised military discount on website not MILITARY DISCOUNT DEPENDS ON PRICE. Horrible experience with Toby and he stated that if we want to close on house needs to be done by licenced plumber. He charged a total of 386 dollars. I am furious of the dollar amount Over Priced and that they falsely advertise Military Discount and they don't honor it.
