I simply had to come back and add to this review. This time we had an air conditioner emergency on a Sunday after hours. The company was so responsive and made me feel like a VIP customer. Mario was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Throughout the entire time, he kept a positive and friendly attitude. There was no point in which I felt like a burden for needing assistance. He answered all of my questions and provided extremely helpful education. This was a great experience that will leave a lasting positive impression!I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to respond! I had an emergency after hours and had a plumber dispatched out in no time! The agency made sure to contact me when Andrew was on the way, and then I received a text letting me know more about him so I could know who to expect. He was very professional and courteous. He gave a great quote and worked quickly to get the water back on. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They were very quick and thorough, did exactly what was expected and were very friendly. I was considering doing the drain cleaning myself, but I am glad I didn't because it would have taken me a lot more time and money to figure out what they figured out in about an hour.

Responded to our call same day. Able to come by 4 hours earlier that originally indicated. Technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything, showed me the problem, explained the pricing, and completed the work. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great job!

The experience was great and Sam was very knowledgeable and professional. I have dealt with nine different technicians, in the last four months. Sam clearly demonstrated that he cared about the customers first and took great pride in his work.

We used Schmidt Mechanical for both heating and AC maintenance. Their servce representatives, Raymond and Al, were very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

Horrible. Andrew their technician was not helpful, gave an over estimate range of 700-1,000 for the job to repair the leak without even assessing the job. He didn’t dig a hole to set eyes on the issue, didn’t go back to his vehicle for a single pluming tool. He said he could fix it the earliest on Monday. Complained about the time of day. Stated if he could have came out around noon, he could have fix it.I was not informed prior that I didn’t have to be home at the time in order for him to fix the issue. Gave a tip to fix the issue by using a fitted flex pipe to replace the existing pipe.Horrible, horrible! Will not recommend Will fix it.

Evenflow Electrical was recommended to me by Bob Veilleux, the ace of Evenflow Plumbing. (He has been the star performer of the Plumbing division of the company and we totally trust his recommendation.) That is how I met George Saldana, a master electrician, who runs Evenflow Electrical. I discussed my issues and needs with him and he gave me estimates (for different scenarios) on the spot. We agreed on the job that I asked him to do and the price. (If you are looking for someone who’ll jury-rig your electrical challenges for a low fee, George is not your man. He is a serious professional who’ll do a quality job for you for a reasonable price.) The next morning, according to our agreement, George showed up with a young man named Ray Gutierrez and explained him what needed to get done. Ray spent about a half a day in our house and got the job done in a superb fashion! Now we have beyond-belief lighting in our garage thanks to an LED panel installed by Ray. In our kitchen, now we also have superior lights that not only give us much more light but consume considerably less energy as well. They even look better than what we had. And we have a surge protector in our external electrical panel giving us protection against surges and peace of mind. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied customers and we appreciated the professional job Ray has done for us!

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

I have used Arnold Moos for many years to service and maintain my HVAC system and also for plumbing issues. Recently, on a very hot day, my AC system died. Not only were they at my house within a few hours to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond to locate and procure a new, comparable unit and to get it installed that same day. In less then 12 hours from my call to them I had a new unit running and cooling the house.Their technicians and entire team are professional and friendly and take the time to explain what is needed. They are the best!
