Called in the morning and they arrived that same morning! Fixed our bathroom tub and sink drains that have been clogging up for years. They were kind, quick, and did a great job! Highly recommend. Thank you!

It was great. I had seven things to be fix or replaced. Joe listened carefully. Explained fully how he was going to correct them. Walked me through the choosing of a new kitchen sink and facet. Which involved many questions on my part. He even remembered the name of my dog from a previous visit.I was pleased with the costs and quality of the work.

EXCELLENT Customer Service, from the first callback which came within 5 minutes of my online inquire. Dispatch called to inform me there was no charge for gracing us with their presence and scheduled an appointment. I received multiple informational emails and texts confirming the appointment, what to expect and then another text telling me the tech was in route. He arrived on time.Jeremy was very personable and professional. We described our issues, no hot water in the shower, and the other challenges we’ve had associated with the deconstruction our water department had been doing in front of our house for the past year. As well as the horrible experience we had with another “recommended” plumber, that broke our water regulator, charged us $450 and left us pretty much in the same state.Jeremy gave us two possible scenarios and came back with a part confirming his suspicion. The easy fix was $150, the other $350. We thought, “we know where this is going….” Jeremy came back shortly and said it’s done. We were Delighted with having a hot shower again and the lower price.Jeremy is such a good person. He did a Great job with our plumbing and even took the time to indulge us in conversations about the world and BBQ. We have since used Calente again. We plan to have them install a new water softener and initiate an AC/water heater maintenance contract. And Jeremy's suggestion for my firebox works fantastic.We are very grateful for and Highly Recommend Calente.Mark

Our circulating water pump quit working. The Primo Plumbing technician quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed the part. We now have rapid hot water again. We could not be happier with our experience with Primo Plumbing.

Last weekend (3 Sep) had technician come out to service units at home. Upon completion technician informed me that the unit in attic might need to be replaced, so I went ahead and scheduled for technician to come out with a new unit today (10 Sep). At that time technician called their main office and set the appointment. He let me know that he should be able to make it, but because it was scheduled for a weekend, that if they get service calls they may have to go to those and not be able to come that day, but if that happens they would let us before hand. I said not a problem, just let me know because we have to drive 4 hours to get here. We live over 4 hours away and are in the process of selling this home, so we can only make it back on the weekends. Forward to today (10 Sep) and no phone calls or texts at all during the week telling us they can’t make it, so wife and I leave early this morning to make the 4 hour drive so that we can be here between 9 and 12. Get to the house and 9 o’clock comes and no word, so I call to make sure we’re still good. First person I talk to says they don’t show us having an appointment at all, she transfers me to another department. The next person I speaks to let’s me know they are calling the technician who came out last weekend to get some information. Representative comes back on the line and let’s me know that yes the technician did confirm what I said, but unfortunately they are completely booked for today, so they won’t be able to come out until tomorrow. I’m pretty irritated because we should have at least got a call to let us know but at this point what can I do, so I agree and set the appointment, but to be honest I think this is completely unprofessional. I get that service calls can create a situation where they can’t come out, but it would appear that it was already known they wouldn’t make it out today long before we got here so why not call and let us know so we don’t waste 4 hours of driving and gas money? On top of that it looks like the appointment was never made to begin with, even though it was and the technician who came out last weekend confirmed this! Now my wife and I will waste a day having to find a place to stay and spending more money, so that we can be here tomorrow. We will drive the four hours back tomorrow after the appointment rushing, so that we can get ready to go to work on Monday morning. What really is the most upsetting is all this could have been avoided had we just received a simple phone call yesterday or earlier this morning that the technician wouldn’t be able to come out today. Had that happened we wouldn’t be upset because we wouldn’t have wasted our time. I was reluctant to place this comment right now, since we are supposed to have the technician come out tomorrow and depending on their service it could make a difference in how we feel, but right now we’re not happy and just can’t provide a positive review. All we are asking is for professional service and for the courtesy of a phone call. So really just not happy overall.

From the first point of contact to the last, this company is exemplifying customer service.These days customer service is slow. Companies are backlogged and slow to respond. Not them! I sent in a request on Sunday night for a service and Monday by 8 am they called me to book. They got someone out right away. The technician who came out to the house to service my heating and air conditioning unit was so professional.Would totally recommend again!

Jack was excellent. He went to work and answered all questions. He did a thorough ac maintenance inspection.

Rawlynn did a great quick and efficient job on repairing a leak at my water heater. If you need honest service request him.

They came out to do a second opinion on a pretty AC major repair. Great communication, transparent estimates, and very competitive pricing compared to my other bids. Work was completed on time, and I look forward to using them for maintenance going forward.

Very professional and kept the work areas clean

I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex
