Mario was a great tech and super friendly, he gave us the straight-up, and didn't try to oversell us on anything that wasn't absolutely crucial at that point in time. When Texas inevitably breaks our A/C again, we'll be calling this company.

We are on a septic and our toilets were backing up. They came out on a Saturday and found the problem. Fixed and then put a camera down to see what was going on. Found our we had a collapsed fitting :( They came back Monday mornings and were able to trace where the damaged fitting was. Thank goodness it was outside. They took photos and sent me documentation of everything so I would know what happened. They were able to fix the same day. Will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. Nice, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew

I would like to recognize Eric Willmet for the work he did at our house. The invoice for the work is 185740. Eric was very professional and very punctual. He cleared the A/C drain line quickly and explained the sound we were hearing from our unit. He did a wonderful job and put my wife and I at ease. Thank you Eric!

Absolutely amazing service. I’m a first time user and already signed up for their membership. My AC stopped working one morning, and I called at 11am as a new customer. I spoke to Violet on the phone, she was nothing but professional and kind. Violet scheduled me for same day service and had a tech out to my home by 3pm (only 4 hours!). Jaime was my tech that showed up and he, too, was nothing but professional. He diagnosed my problem in about .5 seconds and did the repairs in 10 minutes. He offered me some advice about my particular AC compressor as well as some ways to boost performance and reliability. You always hear the ads on the radio and see the trucks driving around, but assume it’s just marketing. It’s not, folks. Go with Goettl.

Orlando and Edgar were so incredibly professional and kind. They came into my home and were able to figure out what was wrong immediately. They made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and why. They made sure I was well informed with what was going to be done and the cost before they proceeded. They were such a pleasure to have doing maintenance in my home and I will 100% call and request for them specifically come and fix any future problems. I can’t recommend them enough. Also, all this was done the same day I called.

The technicians were very professional and even corrected a minor installation error that hadn't been corrected previously. They also identified and replaced a defective part that could affect heating ability if we had very cold temperatures. This was all accomplished under the warranty. Since we would never have known of these issues they could have saved their company the expense of repairs. Honesty is very important and I appreciate seeing it in action. I will definitely recommend this company.This review is for Chris's water heater install. Since I can't do a new review I am adding this one on. The work was exemplary which I have come to expect from this company. Our water heater from another company failed yesterday and after spending most of the day looking for a replacement part that no one had available I decided that I would replace the water heater. They were able to get the replacement, install it and do the required code upgrades in a matter of hours. Chris was awesome And did a great job. I worked with Shawn on the phone before the install and he was able to get the install scheduled quickly. Thanks for a great company and the people who work to make it great.

I am so glad we went with Evenflow plumbing and electrical! We wanted an outdoor outlet moved so we could install a dog door and George came out to take a look and talked to us about some other projects we had. We ended up having them move the outlet, install to ring flood lights, and remove and install a hallway light in our stairway. Jon did an awesome job! The outlet looks even better than before and we feel confident in the quality of the work that was done. We definitely will use them in the future For any of our plumbing and electrical needs. We even talked to George about a water softener and will be calling them for that when we get ready. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex
