We had 1st c as kk come out for maintenance on our tankless water heater and my parents tankless water heater. They also put new valves in bathroom faucet. They did a great job, took care to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left.Techs JJ and Oscar very professional and did outstanding work!Don’t look any farther for a great company! Eric my technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of my system. I felt like he informed me of all the facts without using any pressure to sell upgrades or identify items that need immediate replacement. He made suggestions and stated his company is there for anything I need. Perfect service and a nice way to build trust. Will not hesitate to call if I need them again. Also worth noting, their communication is excellent. I received emails, calls and texts reminding me of my appointment and they even let me know when my tech was on their way. This company gets it, A+!

Called them because they are a Rinnai service center. Told them everything it was doing and asked with all the information I gave them if they would be able to fix it without making multiple trips. The lady on the phone said they'd have the part needed and would fix it. After troubleshooting they didn't have the part and was going to cost me almost $500. Came out next day, replaced part, didn't fix the problem. Now we need a new circuit board which I paid for directly. Came out next day (3rd time) and now instead of the almost $500, it's going to be almost $700. Had them fix it but I called to talk to the head person about the bill. She never returned my call. Basically almost $1000 for a $1200 unit.

George and the Evenflow team are great! Good customer service provided by Christy when scheduling appointment, with excellent communication and use of scheduling technology. They followed up well with confirmation notices and adjustments when they could come out earlier than scheduled. The install team of Fabian and Ray was courteous, provided good information to me during process, was efficient, and cleaned up well after install. This is our second fan installation with them. We will definitely use them again!!!! (We just had another fan installed and Fabian did an excellent job). Three’s a charm!!!!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

Inexperienced and incompetent hands to the commercial construction industry

My sink started with a little leak which turned into a big one. It created a huge mess and I needed it repaired ASAP! I called Friendly Plumbers and they were very quick and effective! Also, professional and knowledgeable. I will be calling them again if another problem ever occurs.

These guys are great. Whether it is our home or office, A.C. or Plumbing, they are always working hard to fix us up fast and quick.

Based on some decent online recommendations, I called AAA Affordable Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning to fix a clogged kitchen drain. A plumber came out and spent an hour trying to snake the drain (at a quoted price of $217) but failed. After the snaking failed, he gave me a new quote of $1,587. When I asked why it was so high, he said that the fasteners he would need to replace some degraded 2” cast iron pipe underneath the apartment were extremely expensive. He came back the next day with another plumber and did the job in approximately two hours. For the next three days, I called and asked for a complete invoice that explained the cost, including the “expensive fasteners.” They promised to send it, but I received nothing. I also learned that the fasteners and 8 feet of 2” PVC pipe they installed cost very little. I called again to ask about the price and invoice, and a AAA representative estimated that their basic costs were probably no more than $350. He still refused to give me a complete invoice, and he accused me of misrepresenting my conversations with his employees. Based on my experience, AAA is a disrespectful and deceptive business. I recommend finding another firm to do your job. $1,587 for a two-hour job that was inaccurately explained to me before I agreed to it? I will never use this company again.
