Best Whole Plumbing System in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter Plumbing replaced a hot water heater on my third floor with total ease. I had some concerns because I have white carpet on that floor; however, they were in and out and you never knew they were there. They were on time, courtious, no after problems from work performed, and very clean. Would definately recomend

Previous owners of my house had an air conditioner installed onto the existing 28 year old duct work. I bought the house 5 years later. They previously had rodent problems and had insulation blown in 2 times to hide the problem and I didn’t know it. I discovered I had rats and the insulation and duct work was disturbed by the trapping company. My whole house inside and out smelled musty and of rats! I have asthma and I was very sick from this. Hector at Fast gave me a quote to replace the duct work. He was told of the urgency of the situation and I put down more than half of the down payment. Fast quit in the middle of the job without even informing me or closing up the ducts they had started. And they kept all of my money. They started the job and then informed me they felt the clearance on the ceiling was too low to access all of it. And their drywall person can cut into it at an additional cost. However, i told them there was someone up there knocking on the ceiling showing me it can b done without that! They just didn’t want to do the job. They should have never gave a quote on something they r not willing to do and walked out on me.It was difficult to get another company to finish the duct work because part of it was done. I lived in a house that stunk of rats and made me sick for almost 3 months because of their negligence! Then Fast called me for the balance of doing a job they didn’t even complete. I spoke to manager Charlie Creech and he offered no explanation, and no apologies. Mr. Creech treated me with total disregard and with no respect. Adding insult to injury Mr. Creech promised a partial refund and didn’t send in the paperwork to the corporate office. It took me 2 months, 2 e-mails, and 6 phone calls to get a partial refund from Fast.

He did an incredible job helping us lower our toilet after we had our floors redone, he was efficient, got the materials he needed quickly and had everything good to go before lunch! I had my air conditioning system installed by Midway in August 2019. The install team was extremely professional and worked fast and efficiently. Paul came out to do a maintenance on my system, and today Mike installed a UV Light for me. I have had only great experiences with all involved in scheduling, service, etc. I would recommend Midway to all of my friends and family!

SO anyway, I had a leak in the kitchen sink and this dude knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it, sadly we couldn't unplug it simply or replace it due to not having the parts needed for the type of service, but he did offer options and helpful advice how to fix it! He even checked underneath the sink for leaks or any other possible issues.

Since the job I asked was so simply fixed I asked if he could check the toilet for any other issues since I don't usually have a plumber over, he fixed and replaced a certain pipe in the toilet and went on his way! Thanks again guys! If I ever wanna say Screw It and replace the entire sink I will definitely give you a call!

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.

Fast and professional.

I woke up to a Monday morning water leak from my hot water heater. I called that morning, and they dispatched someone the same day. They were able to arrive earlier than expected and worked longer once they realized it would be a full replacement. The crew was super friendly and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend!

John from Graywater Plumbing was great. He called before arriving early on a Saturday and got to our house ready to work. He wasn't really sure what he was getting in to and neither were we, honestly! We had had another plumbing company out earlier in the week due to what we thought was a clog and we were told we had roots in our pipes. John was coming out to do a video surveillance of our pipes/sewer to identify where the roots were coming from and assess the damage. He tried to go in from the main stack on the roof, but there were so many twists and turns that the camera couldn't get down far enough. He tried to find a clean out line opening, only to find... we didn't have one. He quoted us a fair price and said he was able to put a clean out line in that day, as long as the pipes were in good condition. Thankfully, the pipes were decent enough to connect a new clean out line and John went right to work. He got the new clean out line installed and identified a few crimped areas on our sewer line. He also helped fix an incorrectly installed valve on our bathroom shower! When we address the sewer piping issues, we will definitely use Graywater. All of our interactions with Bekkie, Jeremy and John have been fast, courteous and honest. That's a hard trifecta to come by these days! We will definitely recommend Graywater Plumbing to friends and use them for our needs in the future! Thanks again, John, Jeremy and Bekkie - Graywater is great!

I had Clog Kings come out to my house to video a sewer line. Their rep was there, on time, took care of everything, and explained the repair strategy and process, thoroughly. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

Miss Watson did a system check on our A/C unit and found that the refrigerant was a bit low. She was professional and very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure having a woman on the job verses the guy that did a system check before. That person told me he put gauges on and all was good and gave us a false report. So we got a second opinion and took a picture of the pressures that Miss Watson took. She was excellent and explained in detail all that she did. Thank you so much , excellent job!!
