The gentleman that came to the house I wish I remembered his name was professional and new his job very well. He came in checked the issue and figured out the problem fixed it I thought it was more of a problem than it was saved me money and and was gone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. I want to say, thank you, Slaughter Plumbing.

Jonathan Brown was very prompt, courteous, and explained what he was doing and why. I wish all sales people repair people, etc. would be as kind as he was.

I recently used Midway services to replace my garbage disposal and my kitchen faucet. They were great with communication and performed quality work. They were also efficient and good at explaining the processes, services and prices. Tabor was the person who performed the work and he was great! Also, every other person I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. I also used them for an estimate to get my air ducts cleaned which was a good experience as well. I have not scheduled that service but I plan on doing so I’m the near future. I just moved into a home by myself (first time homeowner) and have had to put some work into it and Midway has been my favorite company to work with!

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

McGill has been my go to plumber for several years. Their service is always excellent and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Mike was great. He came out on a Sunday to fix a major clog at my home. He reflects a devoted team of plumbers that go the extra mile to please the customer and I greatly appreciate their dedication.

We enlisted the assistance of Clog Kings to replace our water heater and found them to be extremely polished, professional and genuinely/adamantly focused on customer service. They were able to replace our water heater in less than a few hours and did so in a fashion that left almost no trace they were even there.They also went in to detail explaining the cause of our ongoing issues and offered recommendations as to how to prevent such problems in the future. We found great comfort in knowing that they were there not to just do the job, but to serve as a trusted advisor.I know they’ll be the first call we make if we ever have any questions or issues in the future.

I asked them to come out to my house to look for a crack and roots in my sewer line. Then report to me where it is and confirm if I was even right. They brought a camera to do this that I paid for. The video showed the roots (which means cracked) and the suggestion was $2200 to jet spray and clean the pipes or rust and calcium. They did not even offer to fix the real problem (the crack with the roots). The invoice did not accurately show what the problem because the crack or roots were not listed at all. They mentioned a level 4 repair. What even is that? They didn't repair anything.
Also, the plumber, told me the incorrect spot that the roots were located. When I pulled my front porch up (based off the plumber's observation) there were no pipes, wires, or anything there at all that could give a false reading. We dug 6ft long and a bit more than 4ft deep. I paid men to do this along with tool rental of $300 from HomeDepot based on incorrect information on something that I paid Scotto's plumbing to tell me for $500.86. I spoke with the manager, Justin, and his reply was I didn't agree that we actually said that and there's nowhere that it's written down that we actually said that so I was not getting a refund. They only caused problems because when they took my toilet off, to put the camera down, they did not make sure it was seated correctly when they put it back on so it rocked. Considering all the extra expenses this mistake caused me the entire thing should be refunded to me. Even the video footage they sent me, you can hear the plumber telling me the roots were in my living room. They gave me incorrect information and did not even give me a price quote to fix the real problem. You can see the roots in the camera and I am sure the manager watched the video, but did not even offer to update the invoice correctly to show there were roots and cracks at all.

This job was handled professionally, from start to finish. Joe and his teammate showed up on time, as promised. They quickly found the leak behind the drywall while doing the absolute minimum of demolition. They showed me the problem and explained how it happened. The repair was then accomplished quickly. They cleaned up and left my laundry room in great shape. Their price was reasonable and I felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend this company!
