Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Explained what needed to be done and accomplished the task as quickly as possible’s. Needed to change a valve in the shower head after determining what the problem was.

We had the Halo house water filtration system installed.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. I called one day to ask about a water heater since they were going to install my water filtration system. They did everything the next day for me! The cost was reasonable too. I recommend this company. This is my second time using this company.Since then we realized that they installed our whole house water filter completely wrong and they broke part of it. They tried to fix it but we won't be using them anymore.
