Best Water Heater Installation And Replacements in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter came out to our house months ago because we had a toilet that was leaking from the base. The first guys that they sent only caulked the base of the toilet, threw our bath towels down all around it on the floor and told us don’t use the toilet for a week. After they left we called the company and complained and they sent out a supervisor who was able to fix the problem. We paid for the service call for the supervisor to come out but now they are trying to charge us for the two clowns who did absolutely nothing and even sent it to a collection agency. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.
They were professional.

In the past couple weeks I had to call The Drain Team for service. I don't know where you get your service people but the two I had, Tim and Justin were absolutely the most professional, friendly and helpful young men I have had to deal with in a long time. I'm in the process of selling my condo so I had to do a few repairs brought up at the inspection.and they had to be done in a timely way. The dispatch person was also very friendly and they kept me appraised of when the service rep would arrive. Kudos to your company. I would definitely recommend you to anyone needing plumbing help. I will pass this number on to the new owner of my condo. Thank you

Got banned from our community for poor quality work, over-priced work, and for trying to charge for things they broke. It is like they did such horrible work so that you would keep calling them to keep fixing their bad work.
