Tuesday May 5, woke up to water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Didn't know who to call. Haven't had to use a plumber in many years. Checked with our neighbor who recommended Peoples Plumbing Service. Peoples arrived here within a couple hours. The repair required replacing rusted leaking pipes in a very small hot attic. They also replaced our kitchen faucet that needed to be upgraded. Great job Peoples. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Worst service, do NOT recommend. ZERO stars. They damaged my brand new floors and refused to admit it was caused by them. No apology, no solution and took over a week to return both of my calls, just to tell me they didn't believe me. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

If you need a plumber, you must call peoples plumbing! They are absolutely the best & super reasonable!! Do yourself a favor and give them a call… I am a realtor and this is the only company I will refer to all of my clients😁

Frank was across the Street at my neighbors house and was happy to take a look at my toilet issue while he was near by. Explained the truly “non issue” and went on his way. Appreciate you helping out.

If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Peoples Plumbing. I needed a new water heater and Frank was over the next day. He talked me through everything he was doing and even removed and hauled away my old water softener while he was here. He is very knowledgeable and did beautiful work. Everything looked great when he was finished and I had lots of nice hot water with no leaking. I will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs!

Reasonably priced and always on time

The plumbers were excellent and provided detail of issues and how they proceeded to fix the problem. Jody not so much.

If I could rate them negative stars I would. My one and only experience with this company was a uniformed plumber verbally harassing and cursing at a very nice lady at a local convenience store because they did not have a public bathroom. He proceeded to yell at her for several minutes before my boyfriend and I stepped in and told the guy it was time to take a hike. He then proceeded to become threatening towards us and said some very nasty things about women. He claimed to be a union rep and to be close friends with people in code enforcement and told the lady working at the cash register he was going to shut her business down. If a representative of this company feels comfortable acting this way while wearing his comapny’s Uniform and driving one of their vans through the small town of Redington it says a lot about who People’s Plumbing is.

Love these guys they always go above and beyond the call of plumbing duty. Great at faucet installs and drain clean outs...they even talk to you while they work...amazing to be perfectly Frank with you. (Pun intended)

We had a supply pipe rupture late Friday night. Started calling people first thing Saturday morning to no avail for 2.5 hours! We called Peoples and left a message with the answering service. We received a call back from Frank within minutes and had Justin out within 1.5 hours. Justin was polite, didn't make a mess and got us fixed in no time! I would highly recommend them! Our wonderful, 2nd floor, end-unit condo's pipes were in dire need of replacement to avoid the double deluge danger to both us & our nice neighbors below! STAY AWAY!!! This is the worst pluming company ever they charged over $1000 just to change the knobs iand shower head. They never sealed the knobs and the downstairs lady had gotten water damage, the insurance inspector said it was the worst plumbing job hes ever seen. I called people plumbing to come back and they were extremy rude finally they came back and wanted more money to due the initial charge that was overproced to begin with.

Frank was here less than an hour after I called, to assess the scope of the work. Frank, Josh, and Danny showed up right on time and replaced my kitchen faucet and 4 non-working valves under the sink; replaced the bathroom faucet, installed 2 hand-held bidets in just 3 hours. They were all friendly, incredibly efficient, and left zero mess or clutter. I can't thank People's Plumbing enough for all they've done!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Very impressive company! Frank did a great job- no mess and very professional... and even did a tweak on different issue for a first time new client. They will definitely be my first choice on any other issues and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone in the complex.

Had a kitchen faucet replaced. Called and they got Frank out quickly. The cost was reasonable and he did a great job. Clean cut, nice guy too.

We called and got an appointment on Friday, they said they would be here before noon on Monday. At 1:00 no call no show. I called to find out what was going on and they said they would be here this afternoon. An hour later I was called back and told they weren't going to be able to make it today.Very unprofessional!!! No consideration and terrible customer service! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Clearly they don't care about their customers!

We will never use People's Plumbing again. We called them for a routine water heater replacement. It made a clanking noise from the day it was installed. They monkeyed around with the manufacturer for six months. The owner tried solutions he and his tech didn't think would work so he could get his money back from the manufacturer. Now we can only take a luke warm shower with the faucet all the way on hot and we have very little water pressure in our master bath double sink. I've called a different plumber today and will just eat my $1200 at People's to end the aggravation. You're really taking your chances if you use this company. NEVER AGAIN.
