This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Despite a time mix-up (we were told we’d be first, and were leaving in the afternoon for a vacation), I was very pleased with the tech and his work. Our AC drain was clogged (turned out the landscaping service had buried it!), and we called Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing. We were advised in advance that Lonny would be our tech, along with his pic. Nice touch. Lonny A knew his “stuff”, and was able to turn a highly stressful situation into a successful one. This included the bill, which would’ve broken us were it not for the payment options Lonny’s company offers (and that he was able to explain in clear and basic terms). He worked very quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Thank you for having people like Lonny; people who know their subject and are excellent communicators.

buyer be ware, first time in my business they were great. 2nd time at home i thought i was buying a car? $298 to do a single story basic clean on a main line?? the laundry room need a single coupling, he wanted $250. Never use them again. Owner Mike has an attitude too.

Very expensive! Why it costs $560 to change out 2 shut off valves is beyond me. Everyone was nice and once the job was done it was was fine. The technician thought it was ok to smoke pot between trips to the van (several trips). After several calls to the office I was able to get the price down a little. I don't think I would ever call them back or recommend them. I definitely don't want someone at my house who's smoking pot while on the job.Update: A representative from Midway Services called me to talk about the review. They apologized for the kind of service I had. They took my problems seriously and are going to investigate them. They kindly refunded some of what we paid for the service due to the bad experience. I appriciate them taking the time to contact me to try and resolve the issues. I still don't know why it cost so much for the handles to be switched....

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

We have had a great experience using All Seasons! We are new home owners and still trying to figure things out, and they have been very helpful. Unfortunately we have needed them 3 times recently, but they have been great each time!

Chris aka Bull came out today to look at a small mold spot that I had gotten a estimate from my regular ac service in the 4 figures to correct. Upon looking around he quickly told me that the work recommended was completely unnecessary but advised me on what would be the correct and cheapest way for my problem to be fixed. Even though this time they couldn't fix it as easily he still recommended what was best for me. I will definitely come back to them when I have need of any ac services simply for the refreshing honesty shown. Right on.
