This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

He did a great job, and was very courteous. The only draw back was it was $766 to replace a small section of exposed PVC piping. I needed it done and he did the job right, but two other companies called later and the job should have been in the $200-400 price range not nearly $800 as it was such a simple fix with $20-50 worth of parts. So shop around.

Performance has provided us with excellent on time and knowledgeable service that we have come to expect. We have now used all three services that they provide: HVAC, ELECTRICAL and Plumbing.Jeremy and Alton was supposed to arrive at about 10am to install our new AC. They arrived at 9am( wow ahead of schedule). These guys are real pros: they just needed to know where the old unit was and they went right to work. Very clean and very efficient. Each knows his job. One worked inside and one worked outside and then worked both together to finish up. The installation looks and runs great. You don't get this level of craftsmanship when work is subcontracted out. Any and all questions that we had were answered immediately and very thoroughly. Performance has again met and exceeded our expectations. Forgot to mention that it all started with Nate our comfort adviser. He was the one who laid out all of the options that were available to us and helped us to make the right choice. This is a great team.Thanks Performance.Crazy thing happened: thermostat said cool, but heat was coming out. Called Performance and service tech Robert came right out and found the problem and it was fixed in minutes.Robert explained the 2 wires had come close to one another and caused it to malfunction. But it was an easy fix and not a problem with the system. More great service this time it was electrical. Drain pump on old AC was hard wired and not up to code. Electrician Ray came out ahead of schedule and was able to fix the problem to bring it up to code. Excellent job!!!8/252021We noticed some water coming from the condenser. Called Performance to ask if that was something of concern. They sent Casey out to check it within hours. We just expected an answer over the phone. Casey checked the system and reasured us that it was a normal occurrence in hot and humid weather.Thanks Performance AGAIN for great service!!

To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he was on his way. Benjamin assessed my problem and gave me a price to fix it. I feel the price was quite fair considering he had to get on the roof to clear my main line blockage. Less than an hour later blockage was gone. Benjamin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved. I will forever recommend Premium to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
