This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Harvey from FAST of Florida came on-time, quickly diagnosed the HVAC blower problem, and ordered the needed replacement part for changeout later this week.

He answered all my questions and advised me on what was needed.I’m very satisfied with my first experience with this company.

We had an old sump pump in our front yard for pumping off excess water that collects in our driveway during very heavy storms. Romo made an assessment of the type of system that we needed based on the position of our home with regard to our neighbor's run off, the pitch of both our driveway and roof line, and the number of gutter down spouts we have pushing water onto the driveway. The system that Romo recommended and installed is night and day better that what we had. We have had a few storms since the installation and it handles the water removal like I image a commercial system would. The gentlemen that were here daily installing the system were both professional and courteous. I recommend Romo's for any plumbing work you may have, large or small.

They did take care of the job that I paid for but unless you have a lot of money that you want to spend on something this is not the place to go. I just needed an element replaced in my water heater which is a simple procedure and it cost me $225.

Came on an emergency to get our condo complex water pipe repaired that was under a slab under my ground floor bathtub. Had to remove tub then fix pipe. Very efficient, curious 3 man team.

Mr. Rooter was the only company we called on the first plumbing issue of our new house. Richie was quick to get here and thorough in fixing the backup. I fully expected this to be a long and expensive process, but it was anything but. Richie had the block cleared in less than 10 minutes. He also went above and beyond by showing my husband how to fix the water pressure issue which resolved that issue immediately as well. Excellent job, Richie and thank you Mr. Rooter!

Had kind of an emergency situation with a running toilet and so i called like 10 different plumbers and since it was a Sunday this was one out of ten that actually answered. So i gave the lady on the phone all of my information and she was really nice and said that she would have one of their plumbers give me a call right away, but i never got a call back from them.
