Best Sewer Video Inspection in Saint Petersburg FL

Came out fast Christmas Eve night charged me $400 emergency drain clean out spent less then 10 mins entire job!! Now 3 days later same drain backing up... now they want another $300 to do correctly what they didn’t Christmas Eve... I will pay but will never recommend or use again... zero customer service

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I called for a leak between the main and the house. Andrew was out within 45 minutes. Promptly found and repaired the leak for what I would consider a bargain price.

They tried to rip me off. $1700 for six hours install of a hybrid water heater. I got other quotes far less than that. $600 at another competitor, found another who could do it in under two hours for $400. Luckily I didnt give All Seasons a dime! Stay away from these crooks!

Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he was on his way. Benjamin assessed my problem and gave me a price to fix it. I feel the price was quite fair considering he had to get on the roof to clear my main line blockage. Less than an hour later blockage was gone. Benjamin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved. I will forever recommend Premium to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. We work with Plumbing by Paul for all of our clients and they are always taking such great care of their clients (our clients) and they tell us how pleased they are. We have also used them to install a water filter for our personal home. They do everything my clients told me...and are as great as they claim!

Clogged toilet in guest 1/2 of bathroom. Tried doing it myself was unsuccessful so I had to call in the professionals. Called the office and about 2 hrs they were here and got the job done. I guess it helps when you are also right down the street from there largo office.

Eddie and his partner did a fantastic job. Cleared the clog and stayed s long as necessary to ensure the lines flows clearly. Office staff was easy to work with and kept me informed of when Eddie would be arriving. Quoted price was what we paid, no hidden fees or add-ons after the fact.
