We had Slaughter Plumbing come out to our house, and one of the things we asked him to do was unclog the drain in our shower. He said it was completed and left. The next morning when we took our showers, still clogged. We called them back, and the same plumber came out and fixed it this time. He didn't charge us since he obviously hadn't fixed it the first time. Well, in a few weeks we get a bill for $95 dollars for that second visit (we had already paid our bill from the first visit). We called the office to let them know what happened, thinking they would just cancel out the bill (especially since we had already paid the first bill). No such luck. We fought the bill, and they threatened to turn us over to collections. We'll never use them again! We have found another plumber we will happily give our business to from now on.

Seth from the DRAIN TEAM identified the problem as a faulty faucet (a previous company failed to do so) and gave me an estimate to install a new one. He came a few days later and installed the new faucet quickly and professionally and cleaned up after finishing. He was a pleasure to deal with as was the company rep on the phone. We had our house replumbed and water heater replaced. The water heater malfunction and flooded the house. They quickly responded and had the guys that dries the water out was there shortly after which they paid for. Without any hesitation they paid for a hotel for me. They are also replacing the flooring that wasn’t tile. A lot of companies wouldn’t do this. Anytime I call the owner, that’s how I’m dealing with, he answers. I’m a very happy customer and can tell you you will be happy aswell.

We will never use People's Plumbing again. We called them for a routine water heater replacement. It made a clanking noise from the day it was installed. They monkeyed around with the manufacturer for six months. The owner tried solutions he and his tech didn't think would work so he could get his money back from the manufacturer. Now we can only take a luke warm shower with the faucet all the way on hot and we have very little water pressure in our master bath double sink. I've called a different plumber today and will just eat my $1200 at People's to end the aggravation. You're really taking your chances if you use this company. NEVER AGAIN.

Last month I had a leak in my guest bath and my technician Bobby was very professional and thorough. He found out where the leak was coming from and went over the work that had to be done before writing up the invoice.(No surprises).
