Best Sewer Camera Inspection in Saint Petersburg FL

Jeremy and John came out the day after Christmas because I suspected a possible moisture issue that had bothered me for over a year. I’m a research queen and went on line and found their positive reviews so i called them. They had a break in between jobs and were at my house within 45 minutes! Fortunately there was not a leak but some other issues that were most likely caused when the floor was installed. Another issue I had that i mentioned to them was our master shower would have 2 inches of standing water for the first few minutes while showering then it would drain. We had 2 other plumbers out last year that snaked it and couldn’t fix it or explain why it was doing that. Jeremey and John told me that there used to be a tub in that location and the piping was not updated correctly when it was remodeled prior to us buying the home. These guys are honest, incredibly reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them any day of the weekend. Kitchen sink was backing up... Ted Ireland came out and fixed it in no time flat! Had to call for a 2nd visit and requested him. Very professional, explained what he was doing and what may be the cause of the issue. Reasonable pricing, very nice and didn't leave any mess. Impressed overall!

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

I had a wonderful experience with Premium Plumbing. I had a Halo water conditioning unit installed. They constantly kept in touch to keep me up to date with my schedule. Luis the technician was extremely personalbe and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and use it again for my Plumbing needs.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. Best plumber experience ever!Seth and Domanick were professional and curtious. I had already had 2 plumbers out for the same issue. They found and fixed the problem quickly and the pricing was fair. I will definitely add them to my go to list of repairmen.

In the past couple weeks I had to call The Drain Team for service. I don't know where you get your service people but the two I had, Tim and Justin were absolutely the most professional, friendly and helpful young men I have had to deal with in a long time. I'm in the process of selling my condo so I had to do a few repairs brought up at the inspection.and they had to be done in a timely way. The dispatch person was also very friendly and they kept me appraised of when the service rep would arrive. Kudos to your company. I would definitely recommend you to anyone needing plumbing help. Friendly, good worker and went right after the problem. The repair was completed within reason and that saves cost via labor. This company has been called many times to our condo building and they all know the plumbing issues that may arise. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience when Richard came to replace a new kitchen faucet because my old one was hard to turn off. Richard let me know exactly what it would cost to replace the faucet before he started to remove it. There was a lot of gunk around the old faucet and he took the time to clean it up before he installed the new one. He also made sure that when he was finished he wiped down the area he was working in. If I could I would give him more stars. In this day and age it is so nice to find an honest Plumber that takes pride in their work.
