Best Replacements / Repairs in Saint Petersburg FL

I tried to use this business but it seems they do not need anymore customers. I initially called on the morning of May 6th about a repair on my water softener and new filters on my reverse osmosis system. I was happy the someone(my mom cannot remember his name) had come to my house and bypassed the water softener. He told my mother that there was no charge today and he would order the parts and bill me then. I hadn't heard anything so i called on May 17th and reached Cheryl who let me know there was no order for my property and would get back to me. That did not happen. I called on May 18th and spoke with Sharon who told me she could not find the order for my property either. She then stated that the guy that works on water softeners will be back in tomorrow(May 19th). She told me she would look into it and call me that afternoon. Needless to say i have heard nothing! I have now hired a different local plumber!

The guys were great. They were courteous and focused. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

Stan does great work and gives excellent suggestions for where your plumbing related appliances will work best. He keeps in contact with you throughout the duration of the project at hand. He and his crews arrived when they were scheduled to and finished the job(s) on time.

Plumb Crazy came in after a DIY project gone way wrong. They were honest, gave us options, showed when they said, did a professional completion of the work and I am going to contact them again soon...cause we didn't learn from our first trying to do it ourselves.

Josh was great, very friendly, he explained everything. Gave some helpful hints.

We had a plumbing emergency on Memorial Day and Eli came out that evening and helped us out for a reasonable price. When the issue happened again a few weeks later after hours, he came back out that night and cleared it up. I highly recommend TrustEB Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. Had an issue with our water softener clogging water lines. They got me on their schedule even though it was full. Justin was a terrific young man. Very polite, knowledgeable and able to make sure everything was working correctly in a very timely manner. We will need a new one installed and will definitely have him back to do the job. I really can’t praise him and Clog Kings enough. Very honest and no high pressure sales pitches. Refreshing these days!

While vacationing at my daughter's and son-in-law's in Clearwater, we had an emergency because of a broken outdoor faucet in the outside wall. David, the plumber with Friends was terrific. He not only took care of it quickly, but added some humor along the way making me feel much better about it, although it had flooded several rooms. Keep Dave, he's terrific!! Thanks to Friends for taking care of it quickly and efficiently!

Brandon came and did a fantastic job with our new home. He checked out all the plumbing in the crawlspace, and scoped all the rest of lines under the house and in the yard. In a situation like this a plumber can pretty much tell you anything and the bill can go in the thousands quickly in an older house, but Brandon gave us a clean bill of health, and a lot of great info on the state of our new house. Ive had guys tell me i needed to re-plumb an entire structure, several thousand dollars, when i knew there was no real issue, the point being that an honest plumber is priceless, and they're getting harder to find, since a lot of companies put them on commission now. (In Georgia, don't know about FL. ) Brandon will be our first call, and I would highly recommend Dependable Plumbing to anyone who asks me.
