Best Repair Heating in Saint Petersburg FL

Last Dec called them out for A/C issues. Unit was 4yrs old. Tech said we needed a new A-coil. So, $1200.00 we have a new coil that was under warranty. This was all labor. Skip to 07/29/2022 and we can only cool to 76 degrees. We call Fast and the TECH comes around 4:15 pm. He leaves at around 7:20 pm and it is now 11:30 pm and we are sitting at 76 degrees. I paid the young man $49.00 for the service call. He tells me to get a second opinion. I paid someone to tell me to get a second opinion. I will never call them again in the future.

This is our first time using Midway Services. We found Kevin our plumber very professional and knowledgeable and we would use him and Midway Services again.

Called them for 2 leaky faucets in January '23. They quoted me $350. Thought that was high and so I called my dad. He came over and put in two 5 cent washers (one in each sink) which took 20 minutes. That 100% fixed it. So they were incompetent or trying to swindle me - not sure which one.

First, the technician couldn't make the appointment set, I get it, this happens, but then we had to remind 3 people that if the technician isn't on time, we didn't have to pay the service call fee. Then the guy measured the amount of freon in our system and knew it was low, but insisted on offering to clean the coils of our indoor unit for over $800 dollars. What a joke! He then supposedly performed a leak test and didn't find a leak. So, we paid for the leak test that he supposedly performed and was done with it. We had another company come out today and gave them the exact same information about the symptoms we were having. THIS technician actually did a leak test and found the leak at the junction of the drier and the copper tubing coming out of the bottom of it. He proceeded to perform the repair (it took about 2.5 hours), and the A/C is working great now. I would like a refund of the fee charged for the supposed leak test that was performed by your technician.

These gentlemen were VERY good- professional and clean. What i really appreciate is they give an estimate first and then they are prepared to do the work right then - no reexplaining to a new crew what the estimate involved.

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.

Had Daniel do a service call we had severe stoppage on our drain line .Something got stuck in there Daniel cleaned that line up in a very professional manner.

Apollo Plumbing just replaced our sewer line that runs the entire length of our front yard. They did a amazing job. They protected our grass to keep the path of dirt to a minimum.
