Best Plumbing Camera Inspection in Saint Petersburg FL

Jeremy and John came out the day after Christmas because I suspected a possible moisture issue that had bothered me for over a year. I’m a research queen and went on line and found their positive reviews so i called them. They had a break in between jobs and were at my house within 45 minutes! Fortunately there was not a leak but some other issues that were most likely caused when the floor was installed. Another issue I had that i mentioned to them was our master shower would have 2 inches of standing water for the first few minutes while showering then it would drain. We had 2 other plumbers out last year that snaked it and couldn’t fix it or explain why it was doing that. Jeremey and John told me that there used to be a tub in that location and the piping was not updated correctly when it was remodeled prior to us buying the home. These guys are honest, incredibly reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them any day of the weekend. The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Quick response to my emergency. My water heater broke and other companies were giving me ridiculous prices. D Plumbing Solutions gave me a reasonable price and was done in half the time. I called back for a leak I had as well. Overall, great quality of work!

We called on a Saturday & Dennis came out Sunday, the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our hot water heater and made plans to come and replace it for us on Monday. We really appreciate the quick and friendly service!

I hired this company to come out and unclog a drain, they left me with a $533 bill, drain still clogged and made the assumption I would need to replace the entire sewer line without ever finding the problem. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and was told they would reach out at the latest the following Monday to schedule an estimator to replace my line, it is now Tuesday. Had I known I was paying them hourly to poke around my front yard with a rod, I would have cancelled them as soon as I was told they could not unclog the drain. Not to mention the water that continued to run for two hours as a plumber aerated my lawn.... Personally if it was my company and I left a job worse than when I arrived there wouldn’t be a charge.
