The guy that just checked out my air-conditioning system was verypleasant and acknowledgeable. I was very happy with his serviceand I'm glad that FAST of FLORIDA is always around if needed. Isee your trucks every day in Harbourside, so, I know my neighborsfeel the same way.

I always try to do an honest review. I usually wait until all services are completed for an accurate review. There is one more item needing completion, but I feel confident they will follow through!Installation was done on the day promised. I contracted on Sunday and it was installed on Monday. They were very professional and clean. I would give them a 5 star on installing.Billing was easy. Paying with a credit card was convenient and also gave me a digital record that came in handy later. There were several discrepancies in billing that some people may have overlooked if not diligent in reviewing the bill and the signed contract. All discrepancies were corrected! I would give billing a 3 star rating.Communication: Troy stayed in touch when questions were raised., but communication between installer and management led to u v light not installed as contracted. Had I not questioned if it was installed, I think it would not have been done!I also contracted for a 2” filter box. It was installed but was set up for a 1” filter. The installers need to come back and remove the 1” rack so that it will accept a 2” filter.City Inspection: The city has to do a final inspection. A date was set and the inspector gives you an 81/2 hour window. He was a no show! Performance has to reschedule with no guarantee of him showing up. Be prepared to be frustrated and waste your time because YOU have to be present! No word yet on next inspection date.In conclusion, I would recommend Performance.

I'm leaving my original review, because I want you to know how far this company went to make me a happy customer.First, they were concerned enough to contact me about my review. I wish more companies did this!Second, after talking with their manager, they were able to give me a partial discount on the original services.Third, I asked them to come out to give me an estimate on completing the rest of the plumbing work I needed done. When they again came in too high, with a little more discussion, we were able to reach an acceptable (to me) cost for completing the job I wanted done.Fourth, this company has some of the nicest and most competent techs I've met with almost any company.So, over all, I would recommend this company to anyone, with the caution to not accept the first estimate.I called this company because I had a leak in a hot water line, and they agreed to come out to give me an estimate at no charge. I should have known there was a catch to that.The service tech arrived on time, was friendly and super helpful. He gave me an estimate that I assumed was for the whole length of the pipe. Don't ever assume anything with this company. What I got was a patch of about three feet long change over from galvanized pipe to cpvc. Took him all of about an hour to do the actual repair. Got me financed for the amount of the estimate of $550. Guess you would call me not so smart to go ahead with the repairs. Really! $550 for an hour's worth of work. No itemized bill. No way to question the charges.Had they dealt honestly with me (no itemized bill is dishonest in my opinion), I have other repairs that need to be done that I would have had them do. Won't ever deal with them again! These folks are just plain dishonest and out for the money.They got one star, because the tech was very friendly and helpful as far as he could be.

The two guys that came out..pleasant enough..though took like 4 tries to fix. !! Was expensive and the owner and the girl in his office..rude..wont use again..!!

Bull arrived on time and asked if there were any problems since our last service call, and then proceeded to inspect and clean the inside unit. He removed the germicidal bulb, and said its appearance requires replacement. Looking up the units history, it was 3 years since last replaced, confirming that replacement was due. He removed and inspected the electronic filter, which was in good conditionHe then performed the electrical checks on the outside condensing unit, washed the coils with garden hose pressure, and applied a wax to the outside surfaces of the unit. Throughout the service call, Bull wore his protective face mask.

Jared and his partner were prompt, professional and did great work. Hard to find good tradesman these days and these guys were very very good. And fast!

Installed new half bath. Clog Kings was great. On time, efficient. Their tech, Mike, was the best tech I ever worked with and I used to be a homebuildet years ago.

The technicians are really helpful. They arrive in a timely manner and explain what the are going to do and how much it's going to cost prior to doing any work. They are friendly and honest. Highly recommend.
