First customer service is excellent. Second they are very accommodating and getting service quickly. In April the AC was out and I was told I needed a toggle switch that would take time to get in. Installed May 27. I was out of town for summer and paid cc over phone. Neighbor checked week later AC out. This happened 4 times each time something different. Each time neighbor came and called said AC out. Finally they got it right and I was told original toggle install wired incorrectly. Wasn't going to write a review as many good experiences over the years. The kicker was it is now August and got email saying I owe more money for original incorrect installation.

Danny N. who served me these past few days was fantastic! He and his team were extremely nice, very timely, and very professional. They were all so friendly, along with a good sense of humor. They were all very experienced workers, clearly explaining their plans to me for each day while they replaced my entire plumbing. They knew exactly what they were doing and I was so impressed on how well they worked together as a TEAM! Their office communication is top knotch - texting, emailing and calling me with details, never needing to have to call the office with any questions. I will not hesitate to continue to use them as my home service provider. Thank you Performance Air!

I've used this company many times before, but didn't realize until just recently that they are able to do electrical work as well. I have used another local company for most of the electrical in my house - but after experiencing the Midway difference, I will always call Midway first! Greg did a great job at explaining what needed to be done, options for the different levels of service, and was very professional and friendly throughout the entire job. He was very forthcoming and honest and has made me a Midway customer for life.

I called called this business on October 14th 2022 at 8:07. After explaining to the receptionist my issue that I had with my toilet valve, she politely took my name and phone number and said a tech would call me back. Well it's now October 16th and 11:30 am and to this point I have not been contacted whatsoever. I reside in south st petersburg 1 mile from tropicana field. This is very unprofessional and left me as a potential customer in a bad situation with my plumbing. I'm a 20 year retired decorated military veteran of operation enduring freedom in which she did not know, but that should not matter whatsoever. to have a company provide this lack of respect is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

We needed our system checked because we just bought the condo. Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with his service.

The technician came to replace our water heater pvc pipe and was on time and very professional and the cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend Louis and would likely work with them again.

Hot water replaced. Techs were courteous and timely. Prices are also fair.

Back up plumbing problem continues after service visit. No follow up to address this and no mask wearing even when asked.
