Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I find leaks communicated the entire time of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They went above and beyond cleaning the bathroom floor to ensure everything is the way they would want it at their house.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

We had an emergency flood situation late on a Friday evening. Josh came out and assessed the problem and gave us options for repair. He was very helpful...walked us through the process. A bit expensive (unless we bought a membership which we weren’t interested in)

Andy works very organized so that he moves through the plumbing tasks in a way that allows him to continue moving forward on the task yet back checking to confirm a good pipe seal without wasting time or closing up the wall or cabinet too soon.

I had an appointment scheduled with a 2-hour window. No one called me or came by and when i tried to call no one picked up. Wasted two hours waiting. Will try someone else.

Brandon was excellent! He asked for a rundown of our behavior and experience with the sinks/showers/commodes so he could best investigate and remedy the clogging issue. Then he was totaling engaged in multiple parallel efforts. They net result he was very thorough and gave us tips on possible reasons for the clogging and how best to prevent recurrence.
