Best New Plumbing Systems Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

Jeremy and John came out the day after Christmas because I suspected a possible moisture issue that had bothered me for over a year. I’m a research queen and went on line and found their positive reviews so i called them. They had a break in between jobs and were at my house within 45 minutes! Fortunately there was not a leak but some other issues that were most likely caused when the floor was installed. Another issue I had that i mentioned to them was our master shower would have 2 inches of standing water for the first few minutes while showering then it would drain. We had 2 other plumbers out last year that snaked it and couldn’t fix it or explain why it was doing that. Jeremey and John told me that there used to be a tub in that location and the piping was not updated correctly when it was remodeled prior to us buying the home. These guys are honest, incredibly reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them any day of the weekend. 400 for an out door shower I had to redo cuz all the tapcons were stripped out and they even shoved part a rubber glove to try and get the tapcons to grab lol....smh...I also had to clean up after the tech! So basically I paudb400 to have some pipes sweated together!

I have been with Performance Air for several years. Their technicians are excellent! Normally they are on time and professional, as Beau was today.But the scheduling part of the business was out of kilter this time. I was told I was at the top of their list for today and given a 8-12 target time for service. No one showed or called to let me know something had gone wrong. Beau contacted me at 12:50pm and showed up at the house about 1:30. I had asked the office at noon what the problem was, but no one got back in touch with me. Very unprofessional!

The specialized and friendly re-pipe team of John, Jose and Dylan did an excellent job replacing all galvanized and copper pipes in our crawling space to the modern Uponor PEX-A material, in just 2 days. They also converted all the water pipes around the water heater/laundry area, and added all the details required by current plumbing code. The company took care of all the permit paperwork.

Ryan, the initial proposal estimator, gets very high marks for his thoroughness and observations. He was the only plumber who took the time to crawl under the floor to assess the situation. Of course, Ryan exalted EveryDayPlumber's re-pipe teams as the best in the area; we can second that now. The team worked as a well-oiled machine, with good planning and cooperation. Thank you for an outstanding and painless experience. We will enjoy zero worries of pipe corrosion and a wonderful water pressure for many years to come.

We were very happy to meet Norm today. We found him knowledgeable and very helpful. He repaired the problem quickly and took the extra time to show us what the problem was. Our house was built in 1955. And the sewer pipes have never been a problem except twice in two years. Norm showed us a video of what was lurking underground. Normally we do not make any quick decisions and always get three estimates. Because of our gut feeling we trust that Norm was telling us the truth and that we were in dire need to replace pipes before they totally collapsed. Especially since they are under our shed and the system that Performance uses we can get it accomplished without digging and with a warranty from the manufacturer. Nice meeting another Veteran, my husbandd and Norm shared that common bond. I look forward to reporting excellent results once the work is done, but as far as Norm goes, he is terrific.

We used Plumbing by Paul's services a couple times last year and they were great. We scheduled them to re-plumb our entire house at the end of Dec. 2020. Not only did they not show up but when we called to find out where they were they said Yes we were on the schedule but the plumber we requested was on vacation all week.
We rescheduled, asked for the new quote to be emailed but never received it. The plumbers did show up as scheduled but thought they were only doing 1 days work and were unclear on the instructions. We had not been sent a new quote but they had a paper copy with edits in pen and it was unclear. We weren't comfortable with having them do work with this marked up quote and asked for the owner to call us.
Fast forward we were rescheduled AGAIN for March 30th. We called them to confirm the day before because they advised the water would be turned off so we had booked a local hotel. We were advised that the quote is no longer valid so they would still be coming out the next day ONLY to do an assessment for a new quote. The quotes states it's valid for 90 days. The quote is from 1.6.21 and March 30th is under 90 days. They said they would get to the bottom of this and call us back. They never called back and did not come to our house on 3.30.21 as scheduled.
I don't know what happened to the Plumbing by Paul company that we used last year, but things have gone down hill at this company.
