Best New Home Plumbing in Saint Petersburg FL

I called I Find Leaks on the advice of our plumber after they could not detect the leak in plumbing under the slab of the house. Called to schedule an appt the day before Thanksgiving and to our surprise they had an opening the day after Thanksgiving. Jeremy was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled window of time. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and able to detect the source of the leak. He was very helpful while we asked questions about our options. I would definitely recommend I Find Leaks to friends, family and neighbors.

After 3 visits they could not fix issues even though they said it was. Over charged us. When I had to leave my wife to deal with them with the 3rd different plumber he was extremely rude and talk down to my wife. Terrible experience. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: After the 3rd visit, 3rd different plumber and job still was not complete I wasn't about to call and waste my time with your company and shouldn't have to call you to discuss your workers poor behavior. They should be trained to act professional and just get the work done and correctly. The lack of experience of two of the plumbers was surprising and disappointing. Had another company come out that week and fixed everything within 30 minutes and when discussing the previous visits with the new plumber he said, What the hell were they thinking?

Scott was amazing he came on Christmas Eve and installed a water heater in one of my rentals and stayed to almost midnight. He did a fantastic job and was an efeective and polite communicator....

We have recently purchased an air conditioner from Performance. Our company representative was Nate G. He was polite and punctual and was very knowledgeable about his product. He gave us four options of price range and provided us with several discounts to get us a satisfactory price. I would recommend Nate G. as a 5* employee of this firm.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

I called for a leak between the main and the house. Andrew was out within 45 minutes. Promptly found and repaired the leak for what I would consider a bargain price.

We have had a great experience using All Seasons! We are new home owners and still trying to figure things out, and they have been very helpful. Unfortunately we have needed them 3 times recently, but they have been great each time!

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

If I could give negative stars I would. I scheduled my maintenance appointment in May for July, they called the day before at 5pm to tell me they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for August 14, got a call the morning of 8/14 to reschedule again until OCTOBER!!! My six month maintenance will now be a year!!! They don’t care about their loyal customers if they’re not making any money on the visit. I’ve already paid for the service so I’m already out of pocket for the visit but will never use them again. So much better when they were Pinellas Comfort Systems, they actually showed up when scheduled.
