This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Margaret, woman of the year, gave me sound advice to help get the situation under control until professional help could arrive. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during a tense situation. They have my highest recommendation. Clearly a company you can rely upon.

We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Although we paid more than other company estimates, it was well worth it. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Highly recommend. We had recessed lighting added and our electric panel updated to current code in our St. Pete condo. Very happy.

The technician came out look at my air conditioner it keeps freezing up.he said I needed new duck work he didn't even look at my duck he gave me a quote. It would cost 3500 to do the duck bad service I would never use this company performance air conditioner bad service

We trust McGill Plumbing completely. They arrive when promised, are honest, don't overcharge. They are more than fair. We wouldn't call anyone else for our plumbing needs. We made that mistake once and McGill were the ones that had to call to repair the previous work, lesson learned.

My reverse osmosis was leaking. He removed it and advised us what to do in getting a remediation as they may be mold.

Chris was quick, solved the problem without any issue. Very fair pricing. Excellent and high quality work. Stayed and took care of another problem he discovered. He was so awesome!

Mr. Rooter is one of the best plumbing services in the local area. The water heater installation went without a hitch. Replacing a bathtub faucet/valve had some issues and Mr. Rooter stayed on it until everything was done. Highly recommended.

Josh expertly replaced shower faucet and pipes for my tub to shower conversion. He also rerouted pipes for the new IKEA sink cabinet between the drywall and cinder block wall where there’s not a lot of space, maybe an inch at most. Superb job at very reasonable price. I recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing to anyone.
