I discovered we had old leaky galvanized pipe between our meter and main shut off. One week of water usage was at $149. Not good. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing (along with about five other companies) and he said he would be here in one hour. Another company showed up just before him and proposed a two day project (which would have left us without water for all that time. Andy, at Plumb Crazy looked over the job and came up with a fast effective solution to fully replace the main water line in one day. I hired him on the spot. And then he delivered, on time and with good quality. They even cleaned up the mess I made digging up the leak to do a temporary repair. That was above and beyond what they were hired for. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbers.

I called and set up an appointment for my twilight plumbing repapering
plumbing issues I had and things I wanted done. My appointment was easy to schedule, customer service is above and beyond. Made appointment tech Chris who is great showed up on time . We needed materials so he came back and got all he needed to do done. He had to fix prior work from a not a proficient plumbing so it was nice to see the items fixed not only correctly but above and beyond expectations. Follow up is great, work is warrantied. They are not going to be the cheapest out there but you don't want the cheapest believe me. What they give you is quality work, QUALITY AT A FAIR PRICE, THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK AND SHOW A GREAT AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHILE DOING IT. What can I say? From beginning to end, this company was OUTSTANDING. Every aspect of our interaction with them was superb. Their communications were prompt, professional and friendly and we were kept informed from beginning to end. The job estimate was pretty much spot on to the actual price paid. Our plumber, Mike, was exceptional - a super friendly guy who was punctual, professional and highly skilled. He did the job to perfection and cleaned up everything leaving the whole area spotless. I wasted a week of my time on a 'free estimate' from Cass plumbing. After meeting with their plumber, they never provided the estimate, and never followed up with me. After I called them multiple times to inquire, I was promised an estimate, only to later be told they're not licensed in my area and can't do the work! They advertise they are available to work in my area (Pinellas, FL) and even provide a local phone number. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of service.
