This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing! I am in property management and we use Advanced Plumbing for our property, and they always provided great service and quality work, however, I had not used them personally until last weekend when I had a bad plumbing back up. When I called Saturday late afternoon, someone actually answered the phone and I asked about weekend emergency rates and he stated that they are the same as regular rates. He dispatched Gavin, who called to give me his ETA and arrived when he said he would. He was excellent! He went above and beyond, he found and solved my plumbing problem and I can't thank him and Advanced Plumbing enough.

I tried to use this business but it seems they do not need anymore customers. I initially called on the morning of May 6th about a repair on my water softener and new filters on my reverse osmosis system. I was happy the someone(my mom cannot remember his name) had come to my house and bypassed the water softener. He told my mother that there was no charge today and he would order the parts and bill me then. I hadn't heard anything so i called on May 17th and reached Cheryl who let me know there was no order for my property and would get back to me. That did not happen. I called on May 18th and spoke with Sharon who told me she could not find the order for my property either. She then stated that the guy that works on water softeners will be back in tomorrow(May 19th). She told me she would look into it and call me that afternoon. Needless to say i have heard nothing! I have now hired a different local plumber!

I contacted them to drain the water pipes due to clog in the line and toilets were not flushing. Zachary was awesome, he came and drained the line and fixed it. I even joined the membership with Performance. The service was great and Zachary did a great job. I will keep using their service, I will recommend this company to anyone.

I made the mistake of paying the statement “4K”before the job was completed and now they will not come back and finish my shower. I call everyday for 2 months but still waiting. I would never recommend them as I am in treasure Island and I am recommending our HOA to not refer them to any residents either.

I contacted this company because I saw all the good reviews and I've experienced so many bad plumbers I thought I'd give them a try. I called them because my washer would leak water every time I would wash clothes. They sent Mike over to take a look and I asked him about maybe inserting a camera down the Pipe line to see what is the issue. Mike tells me that he doesn't believe doing that is necessary. He tells me what he can do is insert a cable since it could be backed up. He said to me that seems to resolve the issue most of the times. I told him ok lets do that then. Which by the way it costed me $225. I asked Mike about the warranty and he tells me I have a 30 day warranty on this work. He says,if not resolved call them back and he will insert the camera then down the Pipe line. Well here we are, not even a week later and issue remains. I called them again and they send Mike again. Mike, now tells me the last plumber we had did the plumbing incorrect around the washer and that is why it's leaking. Furthermore, he tells me since they did not do that work he can't guarantee that, but he can give me an estimate of how much he would charge me. Mike gave me an estimate of $417 to change one pipe. After I just paid you guys $225 now you are telling me I paid that money for nothing and you have the nerve to write me a quote of $417. It is really a bad business and I will not work with you guys again nor will I recommend anyone either.

Reply to Owner: Yes, my previous plumber did a poor job I am aware of it and so were you guys because I explained it all to you guys before agreeing on your services! Therefore, lets not just blame my previous plumber. Thank you though for you response.

These folks worked very hard to replace my water heater...which was about as complicated as it gets. Not only did they manage to make it happen at a better price than 3 other plumbers I called for quotes, but they did it under the worst of circumstances. To top it all off, I even forgot to turn the AC on; so they worked all day in 90 degree heat! (So sry guys...I didn't live there yet)

A month later, my friend was referred by me to Cass. After the job was complete, I was surprised with a $50 referral check!! Had no idea there was a referral program, but they sure did honor it! Thank you for the good work you do Cass! I figured a good review was the least I could do in return.

His overall attitude was tremendous and I felt very comfortable and confident that my technician was doing a professional job. I have used them for a few items at my home and for my clients. But today Jonathan Deluca blew me away. He was fixing under my bathroom sink and I thought was going to have to lose my vanity I had custom made and he found a way to save it!! I was so happy! Thank you

Love these guys and gals> must include the appointment setter. I called at just the right time since a slot opened up and they were at my door within 30 minutes. PTL! I gave them an out when the previous appointment wanted their time back but they were here and they were going to finish what they had started. I had a kitchen cupboard from the fifties, which is not easily accessible, but the pair made a pretty good impression of Gumby and replaced my leaking faucet. Thank you for my gift too! I hope to never need you again but when I do, you'll be hearing from me. You made my day!

Tim came out on Sunday night and fixed our clogged kitchen drain. He did a great job. I only had to wait about an hour from when I placed the service call to his arrival. Excelled service and would definitely recommend.

Jared was extremely helpful and professional. Very reasonable price and quick service. He also helped with some questions not related to the service call.

Garrett Plumbing is top notch! Steve came out right away, and did an excellent job on our repair, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Steve and this company!
