This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Advance Plumbing is a trusted, reliable , honest and reasonable company for your plumbing problems. The employees are very professional, skilled. nice and courteous . They did excellent jobs in 3 services I ordered. It is easy to call for a quick service, no waiting. Thanks to John who recently came for water heater service. It was a beautiful workmanship. After finishing the job, John swept the garage floor neat and clean. Also Andee who take call for company is very pleasant and professional as well.

We used Slaughter for the installation of a water heater. Granted, i had the job set up for him, to make it easier and quicker. He was on time. efficient and did a good job. Met me expectations. Reasonably priced as well.

I thought I had a toilet drain issue when instead I was shown what was wrong with how the tube that fills the tank was not in the right place. It immediately fixed my so called problem. The toilet bowl was not filling up with enough water to flush properly. I commend Justin P for his genuine honesty and demeaner. I could not have had a better experience. I now have a new relationship with a company that I feel is very trustworthy and professional. I am in good hands now. Thank you for your excellent service! If i ever have any other problems I will certainly contact Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, & Plumbing!! Your manager should be assured he hired the right man.

I have used CW personally many times, and we refer them frequently when our Floor Coverings International customers have plumbing needs, toilets and sinks to be reset, etc. They are extremely honest and fairly priced and show up on time. A good plumber is hard to find and these guys are fantastic!!

I had water backing up into my bathroom and gurgling noises from toilet among other issues such as slow drains and toilet not working as it should. Marc Acker and Alex were great. They wore foot coverings, were professional and Marc was very knowledgeable. I also paid for a diagnostic test which included a camera inserted in pipes to check the pipes and sewer. A blockage was found and removed. Happy to hear all was okay with the PVC pipes. Had new system placed in toilet and had test tee replaced. Very happy with their service.

Cass plumbing replaced a hot water heater. The equipment they used was different from the initial quote. They never discussed this change with me. I also later found out (when I had a 4 point inspection done) that the cpvc coming out of the pressure relief valve was not to code as it ended more than 6 inches from the ground (it was a foot or so off of the ground). This could have caused someone to get scolded with hot water. Apparently their installers don't understand plumbing codes or just don't care. They also used shark bites on the plumbing to connect to copper. Apparently shark bites should only be used as a temporary solution as told by a licensed professional. I had to have both of these items remediated by another plumber.

I was highly impressed with the entire staff. Starting with Donya in the office scheduling the appointment and getting all the proper information. To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. Great company & staff I feel blessed to know the job is in good hands and affordable.

I used them to replace kitchen and bath faucets, shower head, faucet and handles. Replaced washing machine bibbs and removed garbage disposal. Installed tankless water heater and whole house water filtration and softener. The plumbing work was done well, but the office staff is lacking in communicating work order info to the plumbers and not returning phone calls. I will not be using them for any future work and do not recommend this company. J. Collins

We have a Airbnb rental that the guest reached out and said that water was backing up in our tub and shower. We called Flo pros and they came out and got the problem fixed within the hour! Brad and DJ were very friendly and got the problem squared away very quickly! They were very professional and answered all my questions! Highly recommend Flow pros!

They sent out a Professional plumber named Ed. Ed did a professional job and was a gentleman and professional in doing his job. Ed left a well done job and a place as clean as he found it. A gentleman and a professional nice to see these days.

I had a add on sink and shower valves put in from tampa bay plumbing and first of all they are not cheapest bidder... I payed them full but the work wasnt complete... they left my new sink connections just bare pvc pipes with out even puting $5 water valve on them considering we played a couple thousand dollars... they left the shower valve without trims or plate... I ask them to finish the job so we can finish our inspection but the quoted me another couple of thousand to connect just to finish the job I already paid for... I'll prolly will never use them for my future projects.

Update: after reading this review the owner reached out to us himself and handled the situation and finished up what I Myself didn't get to finish the weekend before...its just unfortunate I had to work on a weekend (about 8hrs)considering that I've payed their company for the work I did... but at least Daniel one of the owners made an effort to make it right... I just wish they would compensate me for my time that weekend but hopefully we can work something out... will update review.
