Great service. I had problems with the pressure in my kitchen sink. I called Advanced Plumbing and they sent John out, he showed up early and was very helpful and honest. After looking over my situation, he determined that it was a minor problem and gave me a solution that saved me a ton of money. Just based on this kind of honesty and integrity, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Courteous, quick, clean...... I have had NOTHING but the best care from these guys. I am from up north and NOT only do they show up on time they do the job right the first time!!!!!

This was the second time in a week my a/c went out, unit purchased from Performance 4 yrs ago. Christian was very thorough today and found the problem. Hopefully the a/c will be fixed soon. He added Freon to cool the house down until the a/c is fixed. Performance needs more techs like Christian on their staff.

Eric was just great. Very polite and professional and checked every possible problem to come up with the best solution. I will definitely use this company again.

These guys were great! Came out today (Saturday) to see why one side of my house was backing up..tub, toilet, and laundy room. The plumber had to get on the roof to fix the problem. In and out in 45 minutes. Very reasonable price and arrived within an hour of my call.

The gentleman that came to give me a quotes pricing was outrageous to begin with. $250 for a permit? They cost $75! They never followed up with me or sent my formal quote as I was promised. So basically you just sent a stranger to my house for NOTHING but to waste my time.

The next day I had another renowned plumbing company come in to quote replacing my water heater & their cost was less than Cass AND they spotted a few code violations. They were able to fix the code violations, replace my water heater properly and were STILL less expensive.

I would NOT recommend Cass Plumbing as they do not know what they're doing and fail to follow through.

I called called this business on October 14th 2022 at 8:07. After explaining to the receptionist my issue that I had with my toilet valve, she politely took my name and phone number and said a tech would call me back. Well it's now October 16th and 11:30 am and to this point I have not been contacted whatsoever. I reside in south st petersburg 1 mile from tropicana field. This is very unprofessional and left me as a potential customer in a bad situation with my plumbing. I'm a 20 year retired decorated military veteran of operation enduring freedom in which she did not know, but that should not matter whatsoever. to have a company provide this lack of respect is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

Not sure how in the world this company got this many good reviews ..unfortunately our experience was quite the opposite. Sounded good from the start ,the Person we talked to was very polite and professional on the phone as well as the lady I spoke with a few times. When the technician came out to install and remove and dispose the dishwasher which was supposed to be included in the price he hardly did either of the above. I was not able to be there for my grandmother was passing away all during this time so I had my brother at the house who is just sitting there basically for somebody to be there.. he did not know they were supposed to take the old dishwasher with them, but was there expecting the tech to do his job properly. But besides not removing and disposing the old dishwasher out of the middle of our kitchen, he didn’t even have the dishwasher all the way in place no brackets were mounted and the bottom kick plate was not attached it was sticking partially out way out not even lined up with the counter. When I got home I was able to maneuver and push it all the way back in the hole but it was unlevel and the legs needed to be adjusted as well as mouthed and the kick on. From there it sat for a couple days as I called and tried to get somebody over to the house. I had to be the one to call them back majority of the time over a couple day span. Then the day they told me they had me on the schedule, no show, so we called them they did not answer my phone number so we called them from a different phone number and they lied and told us that we had sent them an email saying we told them we fixed it ourselves.That was a complete lie;We had Waiting at the house literally all day not able to leave or go anywhere else waiting for them to show up. So for some reason they sent the same technician who literally argued with my mom the entire time he was there telling her that he had mounted the brackets in place and why did we remove them!?literally arguing back and forth when she told him he never attached the brackets they were still in the bag.. the dishwasher was literally just sitting in the hole not even push back all the way, Sticking out far past our cabinets so there’s no way it would’ve been able to even possibly have been mounted in the first place and I would not go out of my way to remove everything like that..not to mention, I am five months pregnant. He literally argued with my mom out the door..Not sure where he got his memories of installing our dishwasher from but they definitely weren’t the truth I don’t know if he just completely left the job and thought he was done but it was the worst work I’ve ever seen not to mention our microwave didn’t work after he hooked up the dishwasher for sometime I’m not sure what happened but then it started working again hopefully no electrical problems appear in the future. Worst experience ever!!

Donovan was our service rep. He arrived on time and before beginning the job, took the time to answer all our questions and concerns about the work that needed to be done. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend FLOW PROS for all your plumbing needs. Also, we received excellent customer service from Jared regarding a slight glitch in the billing. Folks there's still great customer service out there and this company proved it!!!!!

Our Condo. Association (Associa Gulf Coast) sent Garrett Plumbing on 10/17/13 to fix a 2 bath sinks that were not draining well in our newly remodeled bathrooms. The plumber from Garrett Plumbing was very careful and meticulous in his work. None of our furniture was scratched, and the equipment he used did not hurt our sink's look or our vanity's or floors' look. The problem was solved. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!
