Very thankful for Romo's Plumbing. We had a water heater go out and Justin and his team took care of it the same day. I didn't have time to ask around, but they gave us the best price after researching the cost. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Total scam artists. They refuse to send details and when you over pay they conveniently lose information. Avoid this company at all cost. They are a third party company anyway and probably charge more than FPL.

Replaced hot water heater. Louis & Louis went above & beyond. The pvc connection was replaced with copper also “OMG - WHO DOES THAT WITHOUT A REQUEST?!” Both tech’s were professional, knowledgeable & friendly as was Megan. Thank you so much for your attention to detail & quality work.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

We hired Flow Pros after moving into our new home to help us with a handful of needs including replacing all of our plastic water lines with metal lines, installing a water softener, & updating our water valves. Jared was very responsive and showed up when he said he would be there. We highly recommend Flow Pros and will definitely use them again in the future!

Ron and another tech(name?) were here for about an hour and a half today trying to figure out my water pressure issue. They even were on the phone trouble shooting with the manufacturer of my water heater to try and figure out what was going . They were both very friendly and listened to what I had to say and knew that my frustration was growing especially since my water heater is only 2 1/2 yrs old and still under warranty.
