I have been with Performance Air for several years. Their technicians are excellent! Normally they are on time and professional, as Beau was today.But the scheduling part of the business was out of kilter this time. I was told I was at the top of their list for today and given a 8-12 target time for service. No one showed or called to let me know something had gone wrong. Beau contacted me at 12:50pm and showed up at the house about 1:30. I had asked the office at noon what the problem was, but no one got back in touch with me. Very unprofessional!

The Performance Air rep show up timely & neat. Was very helpful in explaining what was to be done, and made sure to see if I had any questions. The team behind the Technician made sure to follow up ahead of time, and afterwards. Once the appointment was set they followed up a few days before. On the day of the appointment they called, texted & emailed the status and when the Technician would arrive. That really helped plan my day and to make sure I'd be home when they arrived. All in all, Performance Air gets a good reference from me.

It was a joy to meet Louis. He was the best technician from any industry I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, friendly, very professional, performed neat clean work, and even talked with my dog Charly! I feel secure now knowing Louis is my forever plumber. I am confident in a technician and his work for the first time ever!

John McAffee had one of the most pleasant customer service skills I'd ever seen, and I manage the customer service department for a large company. The job got done a day early, and he explained everything he was doing. Pleasantly surprised, and made me feel better about spending 5 thousand dollars on the job he'd done.

Amazing plumbers very reasonable they definitely didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need They gave me a courtesy call before coming and they were Right on time and not a minute late... Chris, alex and Johnny are amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable.... Calling the office to set up a schedule was very convenient nole was very polite and got me a plumber at my house in no time... I will definitely be useing them again and reccomend them to anyone!!!😁😁
