Chuck correctly determined and solved the problem I was experiencing with my guest bathroom. His work is quick, clean and meticulous. It is easy to see that he takes pride in a job well done. Slaughter Plumbing will be the company that I call from now on.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Bought a condo on March 1 2021. Previous owners had a contract on the a/c unit with Fast of Florida. Contract was paid up until May 23. Confirmed this with the front office. Right before we closed the previous owners had the unit serviced and the guy who did the work suggested that the coils be replaced, as they were very rusty and starting to crumble. Owners were told part was under warranty, so it was ordered. Was supposed to be installed the day before closing, but Fast called the owners and told them they would have to postpone the install because their guy was sick and couldn't make it. They relayed the info to me. A few days after closing, the a/c unit stopped working. I called immediately and said please come out with that part asap and install it. They couldn't find it. They said it had been sitting in the warehouse for too long and that someone else used it for another job. They then told me that the part was out of stock and the manufacturer wouldn't be able to ship the part for 2 weeks. In the meantime, I asked AGAIN if the part was in fact under warranty, and after several phone calls and pleads for an answer, they finally confirmed that it was. Part finally comes in 2 weeks later and they go out to install it. They called and told me the part was NOT under warranty, and they were having trouble installing it, and that I should just go ahead and replace the whole system. WHAT?? I explained to the general manager on the phone the entire history of the unit (he knew nothing about anything), and he then proceeded to tell me that no one in his office told me the part was under warranty, and insinuated that I was not being truthful!!!!!!!! To say I was irate was an understatement lol. After lots of arguing back and forth I finally just dropped them and called another AC company, Paradise Air, to help me fix the problem. I did end up replacing the unit. In the meantime, Fast called me back and told me that they really wanted to keep me as a customer, and that they could give me a really good discount on a new unit. The price he quoted me was $500 MORE than what Paradise Air was charging at their regular price!!!! I basically said no thanks and hung up. I have NEVER written a bad review about anything before but this was so egregious that I felt like I had to let everyone know not to do business with them. They were rude, underhanded, and called me AND the previous owners liars. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Anthony and Eric have been amazing to work with. They are efficient and they know what they are doing. Our project has been complicated and they have been very easy going and accommodating! Highly recommended these two gentlemen!

Brandon was excellent! He asked for a rundown of our behavior and experience with the sinks/showers/commodes so he could best investigate and remedy the clogging issue. Then he was totaling engaged in multiple parallel efforts. They net result he was very thorough and gave us tips on possible reasons for the clogging and how best to prevent recurrence. Had two issues and Garrett did change out a wax ring for a toilet as needed. Possibly an intermittent venting issue and all that was done was dishwasher waste pipe routing. Issue was not occurring during service call. This place stinks once or twice a day to high heaven. Called twice to discuss stinking venting issue and service manager never returned call. I just wanted to describe issue again and to discuss possibilities. Already flushed vent pipes from roof and no obstructions. --- Just FYI customer is elderly relative. I did call twice requesting call back and noted customer name and address and left my name and phone number. Perhaps the message never got to appropriate person. I will reach out to Omni Eye.
