I called a few local places and of course no one could come right away. I called Mr. Rooter and they had a person come out in an hour! Dustin McEwen came out. He was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and very professional. He was nice enough to answer all our questions and suggested some other things that would prevent the problems in the future. I highly recommend Dustin and Mr. Rooter.

Our hot water pipe burst under the concrete slab. Knoll moved the schedule around for us and Alex and Chris worked hard and came up with a solution to get us up and running with the old and deteriorated pipes. We now have hot water. What a dream!! We so much appreciate these guys!

I spoke with Chase a few weeks ago about getting some work scheduled. He was short with me at first but answered all my questions. We needed multiple things done on our home, and I told him I'd send an email with all of our detailed info from our home inspection. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. We called back today to get it scheduled and spoke with an older woman who was even more rude and short with me on the phone. We explained our list of work needed and mentioned that we had sent an email with all of the work we needed done, to which she said that she doesn't do email and that we'd have to fax it to her. We said we don't have the ability to fax anything to her and offered to read her the list of things we needed done so she could write them down. She promptly interrupted us and rudely asked (basically yelled) what work we needed done, as if she was upset with us for some reason. The whole phone call felt like an escalation of her bad attitude and unwillingness to work with us and gain our business.
We hung up the phone because we were so surprised by her sudden outburst. We don't understand why she was so unwilling to work with us in a civil manner. We tried two separate times to schedule an appointment but you've lost our business.

Had the pleasure of working with Chris Edwards today from Scottos. Can say I had a great experience and Chris was very helpful and professional would recommend Scottos and Chris as my plumber. Thanks Chris.

Called 5/11 at 9:15 service call pertaining to an issue with my hot water heater. I had Anthony come about a week ago co concerning the water heater. I needed someone to come.e back out because I wasn't getting g hot waterWhen I called today to request service, I was told a service man would be out within 45 minutes. When an hour went by I called again and was told it would be about 2 hours....it was 4 hours and still no service. The operates who helped on the 3 rd call was very nice and didn't u understand why someone did come out. I found another company that was here within 30 minutes and I cancelled ABC....i will not call them again.

We have had Friend's Plumbing for 30+ years, since we have lived in our house. And they have done many jobs for us. The most recent was a new vanity we had installed and needed a new faucet installed and also we needed new turn off valves. Technician Dan Wheeler showed up for the job, on time and as scheduled. Dan was very prompt in getting the job done, and cleaned up when done. We will continue to use Friend's Plumbing as long as we are in need of a Plumber.

I recently hired Joe to replace a water heater and later had him back again to install a water shut off outside my home which required some old pipes to be replaced as well. He is now the only plumber I will be using! He does great work and is professional and responsive. His employee that came out to dig the trench for replacing the pipes did an excellent job and was very respectful and professional as well!

This plumbing company is top notch. Jaylin, the lead plumber, has been in constant contact with me via text. The office is very efficient when it comes to permitting. It is a big job, and they have impressively covered nearly all the furniture in our short term rental with protective plastic tarp.

On time very professional and provided a very good service. Fixed the problem . Would definitely use them again.
