Josh P. arrived at my rental apartment to install a new single handle shower/tub valve. He texted me 30 minutes before arriving which I appreciated and I met him at the apt. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. I was lied to from day one! The plumber showed up to my house demanding a check for work that wasnt even started. I told him numerous times where the check was and first thing in the morning I get a text demanding money that was supposed to be there, which was, but the plumber couldn't find it. Then, work was slowly done for about 2 weeks, after I was told day after day he had an emergency and didnt show up, had another emergency and didnt show up, never finished. I was told I would get my money back b/c NOT even half the job was done that was agree upon. The money was taken and never sent back like the plumber promised in a text message. The text even showed the money on the plumbers coffee table in $100 bills. So, I got charged for work that what we originally agreed on, but in the end only half the job was completed. On top of that, I was told we didnt have parts to a shower system I had bought, The box was never even opened to look at what came with the new system. Worthless, completely dishonest, liars that I feel like they stole from me. Lesson learned. Never EVER pay anyone any money till the job is AT LEAST half done!! I will never pay anyone money upfront for work that has not been started nor completed. I would never trust this company if this is the type of plumbers they send to your home!! Terrell, who is discussed in the previous comments was the plumber at my home as well.

Performance Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit for us and added a few air returns. We went with the 3 ton Amana 16 seer with dehumidification and we love it so far. But what really stands out about our experience is how wonderful the service has been! Troy was at our home the day our old AC stopped working and stayed until after 10pm to answer all of our questions. Jeremy, our installer, was also excellent. They were knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after their work. They came back after the install to check the system and make sure we were happy. Their communication is awesome, they respond to texts and calls right away. They were always here when they said they would be. This company has the best follow through and you can just tell they all love what they do. I have no doubt that if we have any issues they'll be back here immediately. I really can't say enough good things about them! Our old unit creeped up from 73° each morning to 80°+ by the evening. We set this new one at 72° - 74° and it maintains that temperature all day and also removes humidity. We're so glad we called Performance Air and decided to go with them for our new unit.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. When completed cleaned up the entire area to where you can’t even tell they were here. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! You all are the best!
