The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

They showed up pretty quick and were able to get our toilet back in working order. I was more worried about getting our toilet back up and running so was a little surprised by the cost but that was my fault; they still did a great job.

I have used Romo's on multiple occasions and wouldn't use anyone else. Their team is all fantastic, but the brightest star on the team is most certainly the owner himself. As a building inspector, I see all sorts of Professionals come and go. I have worked with every plumber in the book. The only company I call to check the work of the other companies, is Romo's. I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Paul’s plumbing responded immediately to help me locate the leaking pipe. Upon determining the leak was a decaying galvanized pipe leading to the pipe they scheduled its replacement two days later. The crew arrived on time and had the entire line done just a few hours later.

Was referred to McGill by a friend. They came over pretty quick and were accommodating of my schedule. A Mr. Mike L stopped by and was very respectful, nice, clean and had good manners. He fixed a corroded pipe in my attic very quick. Iv'e been around a lot of blue collar people in my life and it is hard to find good workers who also know how to act around customers but McGill has seemed to have got it. I discovered a kitchen leak early in the morning in the home we are still moving into. I called and scheduled a same day service. By the time they arrived ( within 4 hours of calling) I had an additional 3 issues. Brad and DJ took it all in stride and resolved 3 of 4 issues.
