Best Drains Drain Cleaning in Saint Petersburg FL

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Called them @ 10 PM on a Sunday night with emergency plumbing leak. They were out within the hour, fixed leak, and price was reasonable.

Had a leak from 3rd floor bathroom into the kitchen. They came out same day and checked everything till they were sure it was toilet and didn't cut into my walls to look like other companies do when not needed. Replaced wax ring under toilet and leak is gone. Will use again.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.
They were professional.

Spoke with the wife who was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an emergency situation that we didn't find until 4:30pm. Terrell was out THAT evening by 7:15pm. Great customer service and more than fair cost. Paul took the time to make sure all was running fine and even made an extra trip to get equipment needed that was not on his truck. Definitely will keep them for future work and recommend them highly!!

We are renting in Palm Hill Country Club. We had a fairly complicated plumbing problem and our owners called McGill Plumbing. I was concerned that the problem could not be fixed without major disruption. Cody arrived with a smille on his face and went to work right away. He worked hard and kept me informed of his progress. He had to go under the house about 7 times crawling though the dirt without any complaints. After an hour and a half the problem was fixed perfectly.
