Louis came out to my job site two weeks ago to remove an ice machine and dishwasher in to break rooms so we could remove and install new flooring. Then reinstall after flooring was finished. On both occasions Louis showed up on time was clean, respectful, efficient, and very professional about his work. I was very impressed with this service technician. We need more people like Louis in the construction industry.

Brandon came and did a fantastic job with our new home. He checked out all the plumbing in the crawlspace, and scoped all the rest of lines under the house and in the yard. In a situation like this a plumber can pretty much tell you anything and the bill can go in the thousands quickly in an older house, but Brandon gave us a clean bill of health, and a lot of great info on the state of our new house. Ive had guys tell me i needed to re-plumb an entire structure, several thousand dollars, when i knew there was no real issue, the point being that an honest plumber is priceless, and they're getting harder to find, since a lot of companies put them on commission now. (In Georgia, don't know about FL. ) Brandon will be our first call, and I would highly recommend Dependable Plumbing to anyone who asks me.

Our technician Edwin M. was very friendly and professional. During the initial estimate/ diagnose interaction he went out of his way to explain things, and show us what he believed the problem to be. They gave us what we believe to be fair pricing, so we agreed for the job to be completed. Afterwards, he started work after retrieving his equipment, and was very efficient and communicative. Will definitely reach back out to Apex for any future plumbing needs!
